利率市场化对我国中小型商业银行盈利能力影响的实证研究

【摘要】:一个国家金融市场的成熟度往往可以根据利率市场化的程度来衡量,我国改革金融体系的最终目标就是让资金市场自主决定供求关系。目前,为了实现让利率随着金融市场的供求关系波动,我国金融机构已逐步开始进行利率定价,进入利率市场化定价时代指日可待。然而,在为经济发展和我国商业银行的进步提供助力的同时,利率市场化也对我国商业银行盈利能力的影响越来越明显,商业银行的盈利现状也将面临空前的挑战,各个金融机构之间的竞争也将会更加明显,提高盈利能力水平能够帮助商业银行提高经营利润,从而实现持续经营,最终提高综合竞争实力。对于整个金融市场而言,我国中小型商业银行是我国金融市场的重要组成部分,在利率市场化之后仍继续保持盈利能力水平的稳步提升,研究利率市场化对我国中小型商业银行盈利能力的影响对其稳健发展尤为重要。本文以利率市场化和银行盈利能力的理论为基础,深入分析了利率传导机制,并对我国中小型商业银行盈利能力进行衡量,选取有代表性的综合盈利能力的五个指标:净息差、资本收益率、资产收益率、成本收入比和非利息收入比,同时,概述了我国利率市场化进程和我国中小型商业银行盈利能力的现状,从利率市场化入手归纳总结了其对我国中小型商业银行盈利能力的影响现状,以我国中小型商业银行为例,选取的样本为中资全国性的八家中小型商业银行,选取样本银行均来自wind数据库中2006年-2015年度的财务指标,以一年期品种的银行同业拆借利率和基准利差为解释变量,以宏观和行业层面为控制因素,运用面板数据回归分析法进行实证研究,研究一年期品种的银行同业拆借利率和基准利差对我国中小型商业银行盈利能力的影响,进而得出利率市场化对代表我国中小型商业银行盈利能力指标的正向或负向影响以及影响程度。结果表明相比一年期品种的银行同业拆借利率,基准利差对我国商业银行盈利能力的影响程度更大。一年期品种的银行同业拆借利率和基准利差的变动对我国中小型商业银行的盈利能力产生影响并且具有时间滞后的影响。同时控制变量也对我国中小型银行盈利能力产生较显著影响。结合我国目前的经济体制,根据利率市场化对我国商业银行盈利能力影响的实证分析结果,找出导致此结论的原因及关键点,探讨了我国中小型商业银行如何应对利率市场化的策略,并提出提高银行盈利能力的对策和建议,从而提高我国中小型商业银行的盈利能力,保证我国中小型商业银行的稳健发展。
[Abstract]:The maturity of a country's financial market is often measured by the degree of interest rate marketization. The ultimate goal of reforming our financial system is to allow the capital market to determine the relationship between supply and demand on its own. At present, In order to make the interest rate fluctuate with the supply and demand of the financial market, the financial institutions of our country have started to price the interest rate step by step and enter the era of the market-oriented pricing of interest rate. However, At the same time, the interest rate marketization has more and more obvious influence on the profitability of our commercial banks, and the present situation of commercial banks will also face unprecedented challenges. The competition among various financial institutions will also become more obvious. Raising the level of profitability can help commercial banks to increase their operating profits, thereby achieving continuous operation, and ultimately enhancing their comprehensive competitive strength. For the entire financial market, China's small and medium-sized commercial banks are an important part of our financial market. They continue to maintain a steady increase in their profitability after the interest rate is marketized. It is very important to study the influence of interest rate marketization on the profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. Based on the theory of interest rate marketization and bank profitability, this paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of interest rate. And to measure the profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China, select five indicators of representative comprehensive profitability: net interest margin, return on capital, return on assets, cost-income ratio and non-interest income ratio, at the same time, This paper summarizes the process of interest rate marketization in our country and the present situation of profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China, and sums up its influence on the profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks from the interest rate marketization, taking the small and medium-sized commercial banks of our country as an example. The sample is eight small and medium-sized commercial banks from China. The sample banks are all from the financial indicators of 2006 to 2015 in the wind database, with one-year interbank offered rate and benchmark spread as the explanatory variables. Taking macro and industry level as controlling factors, using panel data regression analysis method to study the effect of one-year interbank offered rate and benchmark spread on profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. Then the positive or negative influence of interest rate marketization on profitability index of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China and the degree of influence are obtained. The results show that the interbank lending rate of one year variety is higher than that of one-year interbank offered rate. The effect of benchmark spread on the profitability of commercial banks in China is greater. The change of one-year interbank offered rate and benchmark interest rate has an impact on the profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China and has a time span. At the same time, the control variables also have a significant impact on the profitability of small and medium-sized banks in China. According to the results of empirical analysis on the influence of interest rate marketization on the profitability of commercial banks in China, this paper finds out the reasons and key points leading to this conclusion, and probes into the strategies of how to deal with the marketization of interest rate for small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the profitability of the banks, so as to improve the profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China, and ensure the steady development of the small and medium-sized commercial banks in China.
