大资管下我国商业银行理财业务发展研究

【摘要】:商业银行理财业务的实质是资产管理业务,即商业银行为投资者提供个性化的综合理财服务方案,为投资者拓宽投资渠道,实现资产保值增值。根据数据研究发现,目前我国商业银行理财业务的市场结构发生较大变化,理财产品出现预期收益率下降、期限溢价作用失效等特点,同时银行业的监管部门为防止理财业务经营风险激化而采取了相关风险监管措施,我国银行理财出现新气象。在金融供给侧改革不断深化的大背景下,我国资产管理行业出现巨大变化。进入资产管理行业的金融机构主体快速增加,金融机构资产管理业务的经营范围不断扩大,资产管理产品种类日益丰富,资产管理服务质量迅速提升,同时,居民的消费水平、理财观念不断提高,居民对资产管理业务的需求不断增加,至此,大资管时代到来。在大资管新环境下,商业银行理财业务的自身弊端被放大,同时也面临着大资管时代带来的新的挑战。由于花旗银行的个人理财业务较我国发展较早、经验较丰富、业务较成熟,同时因大资管时代促使我国金融行业出现混业经营状态,此状态与西方国家的银行业经营环境相似,因此,本文选择借鉴花旗银行个人理财业务的一些精粹的发展策略。本文通过研究花旗银行理财业务的经营策略,汲取花旗银行理财业务的数据化平台建立经验、服务经验、产品创新经验、营销经验以及风险控制经验。在探讨我国商业银行理财业务的新变化、新特征以及新监管等基本情况的基础上,通过研究大资管时代下理财业务存在的各类问题,以及花旗银行开展个人理财业务所采用的多种经营策略,最后为我国商业银行理财业务的改革发展提出建议。我国商业银行应从经营观念、产品定价、客户需求等方面实现银行理财回归资产管理业务实质;通过完善理财经营模式、投资渠道、管理体系等实现理财业务综合化经营;通过提高专业能力、信息化建设、营销手段等实现以客户需求为导向;我国不同类型的商业银行应采取不同的市场营销策略,体现差异化发展思路;通过综合化监管、信息披露、风险隔离等建立体系完整的理财业务风险控制机制。
[Abstract]:The essence of commercial bank financial management business is asset management business, that is, commercial bank provides individualized comprehensive financing service scheme for investors, broadens the investment channel for investors, and realizes the value preservation and appreciation of assets. At present, the market structure of financial management business of commercial banks in our country has changed greatly, the expected return rate of financial management products has decreased, the term premium function has failed, and so on. At the same time, the banking supervision department has taken the relevant risk supervision measures in order to prevent the financial management business from becoming more and more risky. In the background of the deepening of the financial supply side reform, the banking financial management of our country has a new climate. Great changes have taken place in the asset management industry in China. The main bodies of financial institutions entering the asset management industry have increased rapidly, the scope of operation of asset management business of financial institutions has been continuously expanded, and the types of asset management products are increasingly rich. The quality of asset management services is improving rapidly. At the same time, the consumption level of residents and the concept of financial management are constantly improving, and the demand for asset management business is constantly increasing. At this point, the era of large capital management is coming. Under the new environment of large capital management, The malpractice of commercial bank's financial management business has been magnified, and at the same time it is facing the new challenge brought by the era of large capital management. As the personal finance business of Citibank developed earlier than our country, it has rich experience and mature business. At the same time, due to the large capital management era, China's financial industry has a mixed operation state, which is similar to the banking business environment in western countries, so, This paper chooses to draw lessons from some of the best development strategies of Citibank's personal finance business. By studying the management strategy of Citibank's financial management business, this paper draws lessons from the experience of establishing data platform and service experience of Citibank's financial management business. Product innovation experience, marketing experience and risk control experience. On the basis of discussing the new changes, new features and new supervision of the financial management business of commercial banks in China, By studying all kinds of problems existing in the financial management business in the era of large capital management, as well as the diversified operation strategy adopted by Citibank in carrying out personal finance business, Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the reform and development of the financial management business of commercial banks in China. The commercial banks of our country should realize the return of financial management to the essence of asset management from the aspects of management concept, product pricing, customer demand and so on, and improve the management mode of financial management. Investment channels, management systems and so on to achieve comprehensive management of financial services; through improving professional capacity, information construction, marketing means to achieve customer demand oriented; different types of commercial banks in China should adopt different marketing strategies, Through comprehensive supervision, information disclosure, risk isolation and so on, a complete financial management business risk control mechanism is established.
