我国上市商业银行中间业务收入对其财务绩效的影响分析

【摘要】：本文首先对现有中间业务研究及中间业务发展相关理论进行了介绍。然后以我国16家上市商业银行为研究对象,根据年报整理的2010年至2015年6年的数据对其中间业务收入进行全面分析。在实证分析中本文通过选取2010年至2015年6年的数据建立面板数据的多元线性回归模型,将16家上市商业银行分为国有控股银行以及非国有控股银行两个梯队,研究中间业务的六类子业务即银行卡业务、结算清算业务、代理业务、投资银行及顾问咨询业务、托管业务、担保与承诺业务中的哪些业务对财务绩效有显著影响。研究结果表明:对于国有控股银行来说,银行卡业务、结算清算业务、托管业务、担保与承诺业务对财务绩效有显著的影响,而对于非国有控股银行而言,结算清算业务对财务绩效影响显著。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the existing intermediate business research and related theories of intermediate business development, and then takes 16 listed commercial banks in China as the research object. According to the annual report data collected from 2010 to 2015, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the intermediate business income. In the empirical analysis, this paper establishes a multivariate linear regression model of panel data by selecting the data from 2010 to 2010. The 16 listed commercial banks are divided into two echelons of state-owned holding banks and non-state-owned holding banks. The six types of intermediary business, namely, bank card business, settlement business, agency business, investment bank and advisory service, are studied. The results show that for state-owned holding banks, the bank card business, clearing business, custody business, Guarantee and commitment business has a significant impact on financial performance, while for non-state-owned holding banks, clearing and clearing business has a significant impact on financial performance.
