智能化对银行业的影响及应对策略

【摘要】：随着人工智能技术在许多行业展现出巨大的应用潜力,其已逐渐成为众多传统产业转型发展的重要推动力。对于金融服务业,人工智能具有极强的渗透能力。目前,智能化技术已开始应用于金融业的智能化风控、智能化精准营销、智能机器人客服、智能投顾等多个方面,并对银行业提高效率、节约成本、业务创新和增强用户体验等方面产生积极影响。当前,我国银行业在智能化技术应用中存在应用层次较低、数据基础不牢、安全风险较大、标准化程度有待提高等亟待解决的问题。在智能化趋势下,银行业应进一步提高对智能化技术的认识,强化相关数据的积累、挖掘和使用,同时积极引入智能化技术和设备,对传统网点、业务、流程等进行升级再造,以更好推动智能化转型。
[Abstract]:With the great application potential of artificial intelligence technology in many industries, it has gradually become an important driving force in the transformation and development of many traditional industries. Intelligent technology has been applied to the intelligent risk control of the financial industry, intelligent accurate marketing, intelligent robot customer service, intelligent care, and so on, and improve the efficiency of the banking industry, saving costs, Business innovation and enhancing user experience have a positive impact. At present, China's banking industry has a low level of application in the application of intelligent technology, a poor data base, and a high security risk. Under the trend of intellectualization, the banking industry should further improve the understanding of intelligent technology, strengthen the accumulation, mining and use of relevant data, and actively introduce intelligent technology and equipment. Upgrade and reengineer the traditional network, business, process and so on in order to better promote the intelligent transformation.
