银行业去杠杆应防范发生系统性风险——基于费雪-明斯基-库的分析视角

【摘要】：文章从分析我国银行业本次去杠杆的内涵和目标出发,对照欧美发达国家去杠杆经历,分析了我国银行业杠杆现状与风险影响。针对去杠杆会对银行业系统脆弱性产生影响,可能会引发去杠杆化危机,文章基于费雪-明斯基-库方法,提出了"明斯基时刻"的判断标准,并从理论上分析了我国银行业去杠杆的逻辑,提出了我国稳健去杠杆的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the connotation and goal of China's banking deleveraging, this paper analyzes the current situation and the risk influence of China's banking leverage in comparison with the deleveraging experience of developed countries in Europe and the United States, aiming at the impact of deleveraging on the fragility of the banking system. It may lead to deleveraging crisis. Based on Fisher Minski-Ku method, this paper puts forward the criterion of "Minsky moment", and theoretically analyzes the logic of deleveraging in China's banking industry. This paper puts forward the policy suggestion of steady deleveraging in our country.
