G公司企业文化刚性研究

【摘要】:企业文化是文化这一概念在企业这个特定领域内的延伸,其在企业发展过程之中逐渐形成,是企业员工至少表面上共同遵守或者认可的价值观念和行为方式,具有鲜明的独特性并成为企业赖以生存的组织精神,能够为企业创造价值,形成核心竞争力。在经济全球化进程加速发展的今天,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存并发展壮大,建立和发展自身的核心竞争力变得尤为重要。作为企业宝贵的无形资产,企业文化能凝聚员工的发展合力、激发团队的拼搏精神,成为企业发展取得成功的重要源泉。随着企业的成长,曾经给企业带来巨大经营效益的企业文化在经历一定的发展时期后,逐步形成了惰性和抗性,进而难以改变,在企业文化体系成熟以后,其边际效益逐步下降,即企业文化刚性。但是,企业文化刚性的形成原因和作用机理是一个复杂的非线性运作过程,根据观察,具有文化刚性特征的企业里的员工却在不断更新工作方式和价值观念,以致于形成了潜在的规范。本文通过对G公司的观察,以其为实际案例分析其企业文化刚性形成的原因和实际运作机理,其目的是进一步研究企业员工之间形成的潜在的规范,并通过管理学理论和社会学功能主义理论的多角度分析,阐明这种潜在的规范(即企业隐文化)与当前企业文化的关系,进一步分析其对企业文化刚性的影响。其意义在于创新方式方法提出了企业显文化和企业隐文化的概念,并认为通过将企业隐文化转化为企业显文化可以克服企业文化刚性,以此为基础,为G公司企业文化的改善提供了建议。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the extension of the concept of culture in the specific field of enterprise. It is gradually formed in the process of enterprise development and is the value and behavior mode that the employees of the enterprise, at least on the surface, abide by or agree to. It has distinct uniqueness and becomes the organizational spirit on which enterprises depend for survival, which can create value and form core competitiveness for enterprises. Today, when the process of economic globalization is accelerating, enterprises should survive and develop in the fierce market competition. It is particularly important to establish and develop their own core competitiveness. As a valuable intangible asset, corporate culture can unite the development of employees and stimulate the fighting spirit of the team. With the growth of the enterprise, the corporate culture, which once brought enormous operating benefits to the enterprise, has gradually formed inertia and resistance after a certain period of development, and it is difficult to change. After the maturity of enterprise culture system, the marginal benefit of enterprise culture system decreases gradually, that is, enterprise culture rigidity. However, the formation reason and mechanism of enterprise culture rigidity is a complicated nonlinear operation process, according to observation, Employees in enterprises with cultural rigidity are constantly updating their working methods and values to form a potential norm. Taking it as a practical case, this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of corporate cultural rigidity and its practical operating mechanism, the purpose of which is to further study the potential norms formed among employees in an enterprise. Through the multi-angle analysis of management theory and sociological functionalism theory, this paper expounds the relationship between this latent norm (that is, corporate hidden culture) and current corporate culture. The significance of this paper lies in the innovation of the concept of corporate culture and corporate culture, which can be overcome by transforming corporate culture into corporate culture. On this basis, it provides suggestions for the improvement of G company's corporate culture.
