【摘要】：正一、本刊对所有来稿进行进行双向匿名审稿及学术不端性检测。为尊重作者版权、维护本刊学术质量,作者必须保证来稿无抄袭、无署名排序争议,来稿文责自负。凡作者向本刊投稿并刊登,本刊即认定作者已将稿件的复制权、发行权、互联网传播权、翻译权、汇编权转让给本刊,如作者对此有异议请事先书面说明。
[Abstract]:In the first place, we conduct two-way anonymous review and academic misconduct for all contributions.In order to respect the copyright of the author and maintain the academic quality of the journal, the author must ensure that the contribution is free from plagiarism, no controversy about the order of signature and the responsibility of the contribution.If the author submits and publishes the manuscript to this journal, this journal will confirm that the author has transferred the rights of copy, distribution, Internet dissemination, translation and compilation to the journal. If the author has any objection to this, please state in advance in writing.
