山东省民间资本经营平台构建研究

【摘要】：伴随着改革开放的不断推进,我国的民间资本得到了高速发展。据相关资料的调查报告显示,近年来,固定资产的投资比重不断加大,民间资本的投资比重几乎与国有资本的投资比重不分上下,民间资本已经成为中国经济腾飞的主力军、优化结构调整的主干力量、促进就业的主渠道、城市化进程的推进器、更是成为国有企业进一步深化改革的依托。由于财富的增加,人们对投资的热情更加的向往,使得大量的闲散资金投入到股市,房地产等各种行业,使得房价过高,股市震荡不定,“泡沫危机”蓄势待发。因而,在这样环境下,民间资本的发展出现了前所未有的挑战。如何更好地促进我国实体经济实现快速转型,如何加快推动民间资本的高效发展,成为了当前经济发展的关键。因此,研究民间资本的发展,可以更好地促进我国国民经济的健康发展。但从经济发展的效果来看,民间资本只是处于一种“休眠”的状态,经济的发展过程中并没有完全激活的资本,使得经济在发展过程中缺乏动力和活力。本文希望通过研究创建民间资本经营平台,更好地规范利用民间资本,使得民间资本能够更加高效的运转起来更好的为经济服务。以山东省为市场定位,构建山东省民间资本的经营平台,不但能够聚集全省金融资源合力,释放民间资本的实力、活力和影响力,提升金融业发展层次和内涵,发挥金融紧密结合并全方位服务实体经济的重要作用,建设经济、金融和文化强省具有重大作用和开创意义,而且一定能够打开山东省“众创”经济增长的新空间。本文结合山东省民间资本发展的现状,发展的机遇和必要性,构建了适合山东省民间资本发展的经营平台。本文的创新点在于运用SWOT模型进行案例分析,通过分析中国民生投资股份有限公司(以下简称“中民投”)发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,多角度阐述作为一个民间资本经营平台发展中存在的问题,发展的机遇,怎样扬长避短,健康发展。通过对“中民投”的分析,来搭建适合山东省民间资本发展的经营平台,提出具体的建设方案,运作的模式,为后面山东省民间资本平台的搭建提供借鉴。全文分为七个部分,第一部分同第二部分主要阐述了关于民间资本的相关理论知识及国内外的研究现状,同时阐述研究的背景及意义;第三部分本文以“中民投”为案例进行SWOT模型分析,较为系统地分析了民间资本经营平台自身的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,通过全方位的分析,找出民间资本经营平台发展中的问题及优势,为下文平台的搭建提供借鉴作用;第四部分和第五部分对民间资本经营平台的构建进行了系统设计,将具体阐述平台的规划设计,包括治理结构,运营模式,盈利模式,平台的风险控制与防范等;第六部分提出了促进平台健康发展的政策建议;第七部分得出了本文的结论及研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of reform and opening up, the private capital of our country has been developing at a high speed.According to the investigation report of relevant data, in recent years, the proportion of investment in fixed assets has been increasing, and the proportion of investment in private capital is almost equal to that of state-owned capital. Private capital has become the main force in the rapid development of China's economy.To optimize the backbone of structural adjustment, to promote employment, and to promote the process of urbanization have become the basis for further deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.Because of the increase of wealth, people's enthusiasm for investment is more yearning, making a large number of idle funds into the stock market, real estate and other industries, making house prices too high, the stock market volatile, "bubble crisis" ready to emerge.Therefore, in such an environment, the development of private capital has appeared unprecedented challenges.How to better promote the rapid transformation of our real economy and how to speed up the efficient development of private capital has become the key to the current economic development.Therefore, the study of the development of private capital can better promote the healthy development of our national economy.However, from the effect of economic development, private capital is only in a state of "dormancy", and there is no fully activated capital in the process of economic development, which makes the economy lack of power and vitality in the process of development.This paper hopes to create a private capital management platform, better regulate the use of private capital, so that private capital can be more efficient to better serve the economy.Taking Shandong Province as the market orientation and constructing the management platform of Shandong folk capital, it can not only gather the financial resources of the province, release the strength, vitality and influence of the folk capital, but also enhance the level and connotation of the development of the financial industry.Giving full play to the important role of close combination of finance and serving the real economy in all aspects, building a strong province of economy, finance and culture is of great importance and pioneering significance, and it will certainly open up a new space for the economic growth of Shandong Province.Based on the present situation, opportunity and necessity of the development of folk capital in Shandong Province, this paper constructs a suitable management platform for the development of folk capital in Shandong Province.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of SWOT model for case analysis, by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development of China Minsheng Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Minsheng Investment).This paper expounds the problems existing in the development of a private capital management platform, the opportunities for development, and how to develop healthily.Through the analysis of "China Minsheng Investment", this paper sets up the management platform suitable for the development of folk capital in Shandong Province, puts forward the concrete construction plan and operation mode, and provides reference for the construction of the folk capital platform in Shandong Province.The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part and the second part mainly explain the related theoretical knowledge about private capital and the current situation of research at home and abroad, at the same time, expatiate the background and significance of the research;The third part of this paper takes "China Minsheng Investment" as the case to carry on the SWOT model analysis, comparatively systematically analyzed the folk capital management platform own superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the threat, through the omni-directional analysis,Find out the problems and advantages in the development of private capital management platform, and provide reference for the construction of the following platform; the fourth and fifth parts of the private capital management platform system design, will elaborate the platform planning and design,Including governance structure, business model, profit model, platform risk control and prevention; the sixth part of the platform proposed to promote the healthy development of the policy recommendations; the seventh part of the conclusions and research prospects.
