HS银行微贷业务管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国网络经济的不断兴起,实体经济的生存空间进一步被压缩;国家一再提出要让金融机构把优质贷款投向实体经济,以促进实体经济的发展。这为HS银行微贷事业部的诞生提供了契机,在当下的经济环境下,大中型企业基本可以获得稳定的贷款,但往往伴随的问题是产能过剩,比如房地产周边行业和大型生产加工企业,而一些小微企业却往往因为得不到银行的贷款支持而难以为继,这些小微企业往往都是那些真正与老百姓生活息息相关的生活类产业,是我们生活中不可缺少的部分,所以微贷事业部服务的对象恰恰就是这一部分小微企业主,针对民生,服务大众,将业务落地,真正从细微处支持实体经济的发展。本文以HS银行微贷事业部为研究主体,主要研究对象为微贷事业部的现行管理模式,目的在于对现行的管理模式进行深入的研究和分析,找出优势和劣势,分析不足,并且探索出能够改善其弱点的方法,从而为其今后的不断优化提供有效的意见和建议,本文共分为五个章节开展研究:第一章为绪论,主要介绍了本文研究的研究背景以及研究意义。第二章为微贷业务管理模式的概念和简介,主要介绍了微贷业务的相关概念、我国微贷业务的发展现状以及微贷业务管理模式的主要类别、不同类别的主要特征。第三章主要介绍了 HS银行微贷业务的管理模式现状以及微贷事业部现状,并分析现有管理模式下产生的问题。第四章主要针对第三章分析得出的问题提出具体的解决方法和改进对策。第五章是本文的结论与展望。通过本文的研究得出了以下结论:HS银行现有的微贷业务管理模式已不适应当前经济形势的需要,存在操作风险高、劳动密集度高及欠缺统一标准等问题,HS银行微贷事业部要积极转变经营观念,加快推进网络技术的应用及实践,以客户为中心实施服务创新,注重虚拟渠道的建设、加快金融创新的脚步。本文的研究成果将为HS银行微贷事业部在其他各行小微企业金融业务的冲击和挑战下,探索出一条最适合小微企业主的贷款方式,更好地服务民生大众,在与同业的竞争中拔得头筹,对全面提升自身的业务效率及影响力采取的改进对策具有现实意义!
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rising of the network economy in our country, the living space of the real economy has been further compressed, and the state has repeatedly proposed that financial institutions should invest high-quality loans to the real economy in order to promote the development of the real economy.This provides an opportunity for the emergence of HS Bank's micro-lending division. In the current economic environment, large and medium-sized enterprises can basically obtain stable loans, but the accompanying problem is often overcapacity.For example, the industries around real estate and large manufacturing and processing enterprises, while some small and micro enterprises are often unable to sustain themselves because they are not supported by bank loans.These small and micro enterprises are often life industries that are really closely related to the lives of ordinary people, and they are an indispensable part of our lives. Therefore, the micro-loan business department serves precisely this part of the small and micro business owners, aiming at the people's livelihood.Service to the public, the business landing, the real support from the nuance of the real economy development.In this paper, the micro-loan department of HS Bank is taken as the main research subject, and the main research object is the current management mode of the micro-loan business department. The purpose of this paper is to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the current management model, to find out the advantages and disadvantages, and to analyze the shortcomings.And to explore ways to improve its weaknesses, so as to provide effective advice and suggestions for its future continuous optimization. This paper is divided into five chapters to carry out research: the first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance.The second chapter is the concept and brief introduction of micro-loan business management mode. It mainly introduces the related concepts of micro-loan business, the development status of micro-loan business in China, the main categories of micro-loan business management mode, and the main characteristics of different types.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the management mode of the micro-loan business of HS Bank and the present situation of the micro-loan business department, and analyzes the problems arising from the existing management mode.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the concrete solution and the improvement countermeasure in view of the third chapter analysis problem.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: the existing microloan management mode of the 10 ~ (th) HS Bank is no longer suitable for the needs of the current economic situation, and the operational risk is high.Some problems such as high labor intensity and lack of uniform standard should be taken by the micro-loan department of HS Bank to change the management concept actively, accelerate the application and practice of network technology, take the customer as the center to implement service innovation, and pay attention to the construction of virtual channel.Speed up the pace of financial innovation.The research results of this paper will provide HS Bank Microloan Division with the impact and challenge of other small and micro enterprise financial business, and explore a loan mode that is most suitable for small and micro business owners to better serve the people's livelihood.In the competition with the industry out of the top, to improve their own business efficiency and influence of the adoption of improvement measures have practical significance!
