基于信息不对称理论的农村金融创新研究

【摘要】:三农问题,始终关乎国家粮食安全与社会稳定,是中国社会经济发展的首要问题,也是实现两个百年目标,推动中国经济又好又快全面发展必须要攻克的堡垒。中央一号文件连续13年聚焦三农,足以说明党中央对三农问题的重视,也足以说明三农问题在建设小康社会进程中的重要程度。然而,由于城乡差距逐年扩大,农村金融的抑制问题不断涌现。农民收入不高,农民抵押物缺乏,农村金融项目成本较高,农民经营规模较小,使得金融机构对开展农村金融项目的积极性不高等,都造成了作为现代经济的润滑剂的金融业,在农村发展严重滞后,农村金融体系尚不能满足日益多样化的农村金融需求。对比于城市金融创新制度的不断试水和个性化金额产品的不断涌现,城市金融涌现出制度稳定性良好、资产质量高、金融工具创新、监管不断完善的新特征。相对于信息闭塞的农村地区,经济发展速度逐年拉开差距。因此,大数据时代,随着传播手段的变革,信息传播的手段、模式都发生了根本性的变化。2016年的中央一号文件新增互联网现代农业概念的提出,为解决农村金融的发展问题提供了崭新的思路。本文主要探索农村金融创新滞后的相关因素,围绕信息不对称这一滞后原因展开分析,对比新数据时代城市金融结合新媒体传播的有效创新手段,为加快实现互联网金融在农村地区的普及推广提出相关建议与解决思路,以使用新媒体手段促进农村电子商务发展为主要突破口,进而探索农村金融创新发展的有效途径,找出适应当前形势的创新点,加大农村金融创新的力度,解决农村金融创新的瓶颈问题,进而推动农村金融的蓬勃发展。本文引入现代传播学来研究农村金融创新问题,这无疑是给金融学研究注入了新的源泉,从全新的角度来丰富和发展现代金融学。从这一角度深入挖掘农村地区信息不对称问题所导致的金融困境,以新媒体传播方式进行进行理论创新和实践创新,有效地为解决农村金融供求发展困境提供学术研究思路。
[Abstract]:The issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is always related to the national food security and social stability, is the first issue of China's social and economic development, but also to achieve two hundred years of goals, to promote the sound and rapid development of China's economy must conquer the fortress.The first document of the Central Committee has focused on agriculture, countryside and farmers for 13 consecutive years, which is enough to explain the importance of the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the process of building a well-off society.However, as the gap between urban and rural areas expands year by year, the suppression of rural finance is constantly emerging.The low income of farmers, the lack of collateral for farmers, the high cost of rural financial projects and the small scale of farmers' management have made financial institutions not highly motivated to carry out rural financial projects, all of which have resulted in the financial industry as the lubricant of the modern economy.In the rural development lags behind, the rural financial system can not meet the increasing variety of rural financial needs.Compared with the constant trial of urban financial innovation system and the continuous emergence of individualized amount of money products, the new features of good stability of urban financial system, high quality of assets, innovation of financial instruments and continuous improvement of supervision are emerging.Compared with the rural areas where information is blocked, the pace of economic development is widening year by year.Therefore, in the era of big data, with the transformation of the means of communication, the means and modes of information dissemination have all undergone fundamental changes. In 2016, the Central Committee No. 1 document added the concept of modern Internet agriculture.In order to solve the development of rural finance to provide a new way of thinking.This paper mainly explores the relevant factors of the lag of rural financial innovation, analyzes the lagging reasons of information asymmetry, and compares the effective innovative means of urban finance combined with new media communication in the new data age.In order to speed up the popularization and popularization of Internet finance in rural areas, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions, takes the use of new media to promote the development of rural electronic commerce as the main breakthrough, and then explores the effective way of rural financial innovation and development.Find out the innovation points that adapt to the current situation, increase the strength of the rural financial innovation, solve the bottleneck problem of the rural financial innovation, and then promote the vigorous development of the rural finance.This paper introduces the modern communication theory to study the rural financial innovation, which undoubtedly injects a new source into the finance research and enriches and develops the modern finance from a new angle.From this point of view, the financial dilemma caused by the information asymmetry in rural areas is deeply excavated, and the theoretical and practical innovations are carried out by means of new media communication, which can effectively provide academic research ideas for solving the dilemma of the development of rural financial supply and demand.
