【摘要】:国有投资公司使命特殊,是政府履行经济职能的一种重要组织形式,在国家经济发展中发挥重要作用。我国国有投资公司发展时间不长,但因为特殊的资源优势、政策环境以及先天条件,在市场日益成熟、经济结构显著变化的背景下,各类投资公司伴随经济快速发展规模迅速壮大,作用和影响越来越大。但随着国有投资公司的快速发展,其自身的矛盾和问题也日益凸显出来,诸如市场应变能力不足、体制机制存在掣肘等,这些都成为制约国有投资公司进一步发展壮大的障碍。随着改革开放不断深入,近年来国家不断深化国企改革力度,鼓励发展混合所有制经济,鼓励企业勇于创新变革,激发活力和市场应变能力,实现国有资产的保值增值,提升效益,更加充分地激发企业潜能,更好地服务国家经济大局和社会发展。JI公司就是经济发展历程中的一个缩影,其发展历程带有显著的时代特色,具有一定代表性。本文以JI公司为案例分析投资公司发展战略,揭示国有投资公司普遍特征,对于探求国有企业科学健康发展之路具有一定的借鉴和参照。全文围绕研究方向及重点,介绍了研究的有关背景、研究的思路、内容及方法,梳理了发展战略理论脉络,以此为基础,剖析JI公司的发展战略管理现状及所处经营环境,运用矩阵评估法梳理公司业务战略选择,提出战略实施及措施保障建议。从战略分析、战略制定及战略实施几个层面进行较为系统的研究。本文共分三部分。第一部分主要论述研究背景和意义、研究思路与内容、研究方法与特点、发展战略理论,奠定了全文的理论基础;第二部分主要分析了JI公司发展战略管理现状、所处环境,从战略制定角度采用战略重要性及市场吸引力-市场竞争力矩阵评估法分析公司战略选择,提出JI公司战略举措和保障措施。结尾部分主要对全文予以总结及展望。
[Abstract]:The special mission of state-owned investment companies is an important form of organization for the government to perform its economic functions and plays an important role in the development of national economy. China's state-owned investment companies have not developed for a long time, but because of their special resource advantages, policy environment and innate conditions, under the background of increasingly mature markets and marked changes in economic structure, With the rapid development of economy, all kinds of investment companies are becoming more and more powerful. However, with the rapid development of state-owned investment companies, their own contradictions and problems have become increasingly prominent, such as inadequate market response capacity, institutional mechanisms and other constraints, which have become obstacles to the further development of state-owned investment companies. With the deepening of reform and opening up, in recent years, the state has been deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, encouraging the development of mixed ownership economy, encouraging enterprises to innovate and change, stimulating vitality and market resilience, and realizing the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets. The promotion of efficiency, more fully stimulate the potential of enterprises, better serve the national economic situation and social development. JI company is a microcosm in the process of economic development, its development process has obvious characteristics of the times, with a certain degree of representativeness. This paper takes JI Company as a case to analyze the development strategy of investment company, reveals the general characteristics of state-owned investment company, and has certain reference and reference for exploring the road of scientific and healthy development of state-owned enterprise. This paper introduces the background, ideas, contents and methods of the research, combs the development strategy theory, and analyzes the present situation of the development strategy management and the operating environment of JI Company. The matrix evaluation method is used to sort out the choice of business strategy, and the suggestions of strategy implementation and measures are put forward. From the strategic analysis, the strategy formulation and the strategy implementation several aspects carries on the more systematic research. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly discusses the research background and significance, the research thought and content, the research method and the characteristic, the development strategy theory, establishes the theory foundation of the full text, the second part mainly analyzes the JI company development strategy management present situation, the environment, This paper analyzes the strategic choice of the company in terms of strategic importance and market attractiveness and market competitiveness matrix, and puts forward the strategic measures and safeguard measures of JI company. The last part summarizes and looks forward to the full text.
