我国商业银行二维码支付业务及发展对策研究

【摘要】:21世纪以来,随着互联网、IT技术的迅速发展以及智能手机市场、移动通讯技术的空前繁荣,支付领域发生了巨大的变革。尤其是最近兴起的二维码支付,已经走进千家万户,成为人们日常生活必不可少的一种支付方式,购物时拿出手机扫一扫几秒钟即可完成付款,出门不带现金已经成为这一时代的标志。2016年8月,中国支付清算协会向支付机构下发的《条码支付业务规范》,表明官方首次承认二维码支付的市场地位。这一文件的出台意味着更多的支付用户主体逐渐从PC端转移到了移动端,不仅传统网银支付受到了威胁,POS支付、银行信用卡、借记卡使用量也在明显减少,银行的业务受到了冲击,这给商业银行带来了巨大挑战。作为二维码支付产业链条中不可或缺的一方,商业银行如果不尽早利用自身的资源和优势积极布局二维码支付业务,必然会面临更大的挑战。本文从二维码支付崛起这一现象入手,对我国商业银行积极开展二维码支付业务的必要性和意义进行了较为系统的分析总结,文章主要从二维码支付业务的整体市场环境、商业银行自身业务发展需求、商业银行现有优势和不足以及二维码支付用户的使用意愿等几个方面进行分析,并以此为基础提出商业银行发展二维码支付业务的对策建议,分别从总体布局、产品建议和营销建议这三个方面为商业银行发展二维码支付业务提供相关对策。在总体布局上本文提出加强银行间相互合作、加强与二维码支付链条各主体之间的合作、提高第三方支付的进入门槛三方面的建议,在产品建议方面提出完善银行二维码支付产品功能和加强银行二维码支付产品安全性来提升客户使用体验,在市场建议方面,提出拓展市场支付场景、丰富市场营销活动等具体建议。本文旨在通过研究我国商业银行二维码支付业务及发展对策从而推动我国商业银行移动支付业务的发展,优化我国商业银行的业务转型进程,并不断完善我国支付行业的发展。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of Internet IT technology and smart phone market, the unprecedented prosperity of mobile communication technology, payment field has undergone tremendous changes. In particular, QR code payment, which has recently emerged, has entered thousands of households and become an indispensable form of payment in people's daily life. When shopping, it takes a few seconds to sweep out a mobile phone to complete the payment. Going out without cash has become the hallmark of this era. In August 2016, the China payment Clearing Association issued a barcode payment business specification to payment agencies, indicating that the official recognition of the market status of QR code payment for the first time. The release of this document means that more payment users are gradually moving from PC to mobile, not only traditional online payment has been threatened by POS payments, but also the use of bank credit cards and debit cards has been significantly reduced. The bank's business has been hit, which has brought huge challenges to commercial banks. As an indispensable part of the QR code payment industry chain, commercial banks will inevitably face greater challenges if they do not use their own resources and advantages to actively layout the QR code payment business as soon as possible. Starting from the phenomenon of the rise of QR code payment, this paper makes a systematic analysis and summary of the necessity and significance of our country's commercial banks to carry out the business of QR code payment, mainly from the overall market environment of the business of QR code payment. The commercial bank's own business development demand, the commercial bank's present advantage and the insufficiency as well as the two dimensional code payment user's use will carry on the analysis and so on several aspects carries on the analysis, and puts forward the commercial bank to develop the two dimensional code payment service countermeasure suggestion based on this. Respectively from the overall layout, product suggestions and marketing advice for commercial banks to develop QR code payment business to provide relevant countermeasures. In the overall layout, this paper puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the cooperation among banks, strengthening the cooperation with the main bodies of the QR code payment chain, and raising the entry threshold of third-party payment. In the aspect of product suggestion, it proposes to improve the function of QR code payment product and enhance the safety of QR code payment product to enhance the customer experience. In the aspect of market suggestion, it proposes to expand the market payment scenario. Enrich marketing activities and other specific suggestions. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of mobile payment business of Chinese commercial banks by studying the QR code payment business of Chinese commercial banks and its development countermeasures, to optimize the process of business transformation of commercial banks in China, and to improve the development of payment industry in our country.
