营口商业银行北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目风险控制研究

【摘要】：在经济国际化以及全球化的程度持续提升过程中,我国国际贸易也获得了迅速的发展,国际贸易在很大程度上促进了我国国民经济的提升,并为国际贸易的业务拓展提供了机会。然而假如无法对国际贸易融资风险实施较好防范,银行也会遭受巨大威胁。现阶段,我国属于对外贸易大国之一,在对外贸易持续发展的过程中,贸易融资获得了广泛的运用。各个银行都在加大对投放贸易融资的支持,使得此业务得到了长远的发展,在此过程中暴露出的风险问题也受到了各个银行的关注,成为最需要解决的关键问题之一。营口商业银行多年以来一直在发展贸易融资业务,北方轮胎企业则是一家主要经营轮胎出口的企业,和营口商业银行之间在2010年构建起授信关系。营口商业银行为北方轮胎企业提供贸易融资的业务,将流动资金贷款提供出来,是后者主要的贸易结算与贷款的银行之一。本文借助研究北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目风险的控制,实现提高营口商业银行支持其他的贸易融资项目的能力及水平。本文采用文献综述法,通过对大量的国内外文献资料以及数据的查阅,为本文的研究奠定理论的基础。运用实际调查法,将银行的工作经历当作基础,就工作了解的贸易业务优势与特征为立足点,深入的调查、了解营口商业银行的贸易融资业务,借助对各类实际案例的收集,分析与总结,获得相关的结论。采用归纳总结法进行分析。相对比于国内贸易融资而言,国外的贸易融资发展时间更长,在管理的能力和措施上都优于我国,就国内以及国外同行在贸易融资风险管理上的经验作出总结分析,作出研究。本文首先对研究的背景和意义,国内外研究现状、研究的方法和内容做出概述。其次,针对营口商业银行北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目风险现状进行研究,并对风险加以识别,简述营口商业银行北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目总体情况,针对北方轮胎企业融资情况做出概述,识别出北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目的风险,主要包含出口押汇风险、福费延风险、出口商业发票贴现风险、同业代付的风险。第三,对营口商业银行北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目中的具体风险做出分析,分别就环境的风险以及资金的风险进行分析,在资金风险上主要包含了出口押汇风险、福费延风险、出口商发票贴现风险、同业代付风险,并构建基于指标的北方轮胎企业融资风险评价模型,对具体的风险做出定性和定量的分析,分析要素和结果。第四,针对风险分析得到的结果,制定具体的营口商业银行北方轮胎企业贸易融资项目风险的防范措施,包括完善融资内控的制度、加快培育专业人才、强化贸易融资风险控制全流程管理、完善贸易融资风险评价机制。最后对全文做出总结。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic internationalization and the degree of globalization, China's international trade has also been rapidly developed, international trade to a large extent has promoted the upgrading of our national economy. And provides the opportunity for the international trade business expansion. However, if the risk of international trade financing cannot be better protected, banks will also be threatened. At present, our country belongs to one of the big foreign trade countries, in the process of the sustained development of foreign trade, trade financing has been widely used. Each bank is increasing its support for trade financing, which makes the business develop in the long run. The risk problems exposed in the process have also been concerned by each bank, which has become one of the most important problems to be solved. Yingkou Commercial Bank has been developing trade financing business for many years, while the northern tire enterprise is mainly engaged in tire export, and Yingkou Commercial Bank has established a credit relationship between them in 2010. Yingkou Commercial Bank, which provides trade financing for northern tire enterprises and provides liquidity loans, is one of the latter's main banks for trade settlement and loans. By studying the risk control of northern tire enterprises' trade financing projects, this paper aims to improve the ability and level of Yingkou Commercial Bank to support other trade financing projects. This paper adopts the method of literature review, through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents and data, lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Using the method of actual investigation, taking the work experience of the bank as the basis, taking the advantages and characteristics of the trade business as the foothold, making an in-depth investigation to understand the trade financing business of Yingkou Commercial Bank, and collecting all kinds of actual cases, Analyze and summarize and obtain relevant conclusions. The method of induction and summary is used to analyze. Compared with domestic trade finance, foreign trade finance has a longer development time and is superior to our country in management ability and measures. This paper summarizes and analyzes the experience of domestic and foreign counterparts in trade financing risk management. In this paper, the background and significance of the research, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and content are summarized. Secondly, according to Yingkou Commercial Bank Northern Tire Enterprise Trade financing Project risk status, and identify the risk, briefly Yingkou Commercial Bank Northern Tire Enterprise Trade Finance Project overall situation, This paper summarizes the financing situation of the northern tire enterprises and identifies the risks of the trade financing projects of the northern tire enterprises, mainly including the risk of export documentary, the risk of Fufeiyan, the risk of discount of export commercial invoice, and the risk of interbank payment. Third, to make an analysis of the specific risks in the trade financing project of Yingkou Commercial Bank's North Tire Enterprise, and analyze the environmental risks and the risks of funds, respectively. In terms of capital risks, they mainly include the risks of export documentary notes and the risks of Fuffiyan. The exporter's invoice discount risk, interbank payment risk, and the evaluation model of financing risk based on index are constructed to analyze the specific risks qualitatively and quantitatively, and to analyze the factors and results. Fourth, in view of the results of risk analysis, we should formulate specific measures to prevent the risks of northern tire enterprises' trade financing projects in Yingkou Commercial Bank, including perfecting the system of internal control of financing, and speeding up the training of professionals. Strengthen the whole process management of trade financing risk control and perfect the trade financing risk evaluation mechanism. Finally, a summary of the full text is made.
