中国货币国际化的历史经验——丝绸之路的启示

【摘要】：随着近年来国际经济形势的变化以及“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,中国的人民币国际化问题备受关注。货币的国际化与对外贸易关联紧密,中国古代货币在漫长的丝绸之路历史上早已经历了国际化的过程。本文对中国古代货币在外流通的状况进行了梳理和分析,认为其经历了国际化到被国际化的过程,其中宋朝是货币国际化程度最高的朝代。货币搜寻模型表明,经济规模越大、国家影响力越大、经济的自给自足程度越低,则货币在国际竞争中的竞争力越强;并且,当经济的一体化程度越高,则强势货币对弱势货币的影响越大,这些是影响信用货币国际化的主要因素。同时,金属货币本身单位价值的大小及价值的稳定性也具有一定的影响。从中国古代货币的情况来看,货币无论是国际化还是被国际化,都可能面临着本国宏观经济波动的风险,而这也给当前“一带一路”背景下的人民币国际化进程提供了经验和教训。
[Abstract]:With the changes of the international economic situation and the deepening of Belt and Road's proposal in recent years, China's RMB internationalization has attracted much attention. The internationalization of currency is closely related to foreign trade, and the ancient Chinese currency has already experienced the process of internationalization in the long history of the Silk Road. This paper analyzes the external circulation of Chinese ancient money, and thinks that it has experienced the process of internationalization to be internationalized, among which the Song Dynasty is the dynasty with the highest degree of currency internationalization. The money search model shows that the larger the economic scale, the greater the national influence, the lower the degree of self-sufficiency of the economy, the more competitive the currency in international competition; and the more integrated the economy is, The stronger currency has greater influence on weak currency, these are the main factors that influence the internationalization of credit currency. At the same time, the value of metal currency itself and the value of the stability also has a certain impact. Judging from the situation of the ancient Chinese currency, whether the currency is internationalized or internationalized, it may face the risk of macroeconomic fluctuations in its own country. This also gives current "Belt and Road" the RMB internationalization process under the background to provide the experience and the lesson.
