金融科技的金融包容效应与创新驱动路径

【摘要】：金融科技是技术驱动的金融创新,它以前沿信息技术的巨大进步为前提,使得金融服务突破了时间和空间的限制、信息网络化和透明化、金融服务的交易成本大幅下降、金融功能场景化。金融包容水平不足,传统金融体系没有满足草根群体的投融资和小额支付的需求,为金融科技的发展留下了空间。金融科技的功能使它具有显著的金融包容效应,即缓解信息不对称、降低交易成本等金融市场摩擦,平衡金融包容公益属性和商业属性之间的矛盾,培养社会诚信意识,有效扩大金融服务覆盖率等。应该加强理论研究和人才培养,完善法律法规和金融监管,推动金融科技企业与金融机构之间的战略合作,以便实现金融与科技的深度融合,提升金融包容水平。
[Abstract]:Financial science and technology is a financial innovation driven by technology. It is based on the great progress of frontier information technology, which makes financial services break through the limitation of time and space, make information network and transparent, and the transaction costs of financial services drop dramatically. The level of financial inclusion is insufficient, and the traditional financial system does not meet the needs of grassroots groups of investment and financing and micro-payment, leaving room for the development of financial technology. The function of financial science and technology makes it have significant financial inclusion effect, that is, to alleviate information asymmetry, reduce financial market friction, such as transaction cost, balance the contradiction between financial inclusion commonweal attribute and commercial attribute, and cultivate social honesty consciousness. Effectively expand the coverage of financial services and so on. We should strengthen theoretical research and personnel training, perfect laws and regulations and financial supervision, promote the strategic cooperation between financial science and technology enterprises and financial institutions, so as to realize the deep integration of finance and science and technology and enhance the level of financial inclusion.
