基于上市公司的我国旅游产业效率研究

【摘要】：我国旅游业的发展始于改革开放,并在2001年中国加入WTO后突飞猛进地向前迈步,迎来了发展的小高潮。近几年,中国经济政策的宽松化和“一带一路”政策的推进为我国的旅游产业带来了巨大的行业发展机会。我国旅游类上市公司不仅数量少且质量不高,与行业的蓬勃发展不相符合。故对旅游类上市公司的经营效率的分析研究显得尤为重要。本文用DEA模型对29家旅游类上市公司的经营效率进行分析,将2010-2015年间上市公司的财务数据作为投入指标和产出指标,分析29家旅游类上市公司的效率值波动情况。运用样本数据进行静态和动态的分析后发现:旅游类上市公司技术效率低源于纯技术效率过低。通过DEA计算结果,期间旅游类上市公司的平均技术效率为0.745,若旅游类上市公司采用最优生产技术,可以节省25.5%的生产投入。经营效率总体较低且参差不齐,酒店类上市旅游公司保持绩效增长的趋势,资源类旅游类上市旅游公司呈现下降的趋势,综合类上市旅游公司呈现急速下降的趋势。对现有技术利用不足。期间旅游类上市公司的效率平均值较低,技术有效的旅游类上市公司数量不多,我国旅游类上市公司的行业技术还有很多可利用和提高的空间。研究还发现旅游类上市公司效率值和股价涨幅呈现正相关。通过对比旅游类上市公司的股价涨幅与效率值的关系,从长期来看,效率值越高的旅游类上市公司,股价涨幅越大。
[Abstract]:The development of tourism in China began with the reform and opening up, and after China joined the WTO in 2001, it made rapid progress, and ushered in a small climax of development. In recent years, the loosening of China's economic policy and the promotion of "Belt and Road" policy have brought enormous opportunities for the development of tourism industry in China. China's tourism listed companies are not only small in quantity and low in quality, but not in line with the vigorous development of the industry. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze and study the operating efficiency of tourism listed companies. In this paper, DEA model is used to analyze the operating efficiency of 29 tourism listed companies. The financial data of the listed companies from 2010 to 2015 are taken as input index and output index to analyze the fluctuation of efficiency value of 29 tourism listed companies. Through the static and dynamic analysis of sample data, it is found that the technical efficiency of tourism listed companies is due to the low efficiency of pure technology. The DEA results show that the average technical efficiency of the tourism listed companies is 0.745. If the tourism listed companies adopt the optimal production technology, the production input can be saved by 25.5%. The overall operating efficiency is low and uneven, hotel listed tourism companies maintain the trend of performance growth, resource tourism listed tourism companies show a downward trend, comprehensive listed tourism companies show a rapid downward trend. The existing technology is underutilized. During this period, the average efficiency of tourism listed companies is low, the number of tourism listed companies with effective technology is not many, and the industry technology of tourism listed companies in China still has a lot of room to use and improve. The study also found that tourism listed companies efficiency and stock price increase showed a positive correlation. By comparing the relationship between the stock price increase and the efficiency value of the tourism listed companies, in the long run, the higher the efficiency value, the bigger the stock price increase.
