邮储银行沈阳市分行营业网点布局研究

【摘要】:随着网络的普及及电子信息化的飞速发展,银行业领域中自助化服务与传统的人工操作分饰商业银行网点日常工作中的重要角色。如何有效的将人工和自助化服务合理匹配,优化商业银行网点布局,一直以来被视为银行业的焦点话题。邮储银行沈阳市分行于2008年3月12日成立以来,管辖6个一级支行,49个人工营业网点,271台自助服务设备,其网点遍布沈阳市各行政区域,其人文背景、经济条件、技术水平发展程度参差不齐。就目前沈阳市范围内邮储银行各级营业网点布局建设而言,忽视所在行政区域的人文背景、经济条件、技术水平等因素而选址,势必影响银行营业网点的运营效率。本文首先通过查阅相关文献,问卷调查分析,设施选址分析等方法,了解目前国内外银行网点布局现状。其次,运用运营管理理论、战略管理理论、运营战略理论、工业工程理论、人力资源管理等相关理论知识,结合邮储银行沈阳市分行营业网点布局的现状,提出目前沈阳市营业网点布局存在的问题,其中包括:在营业网点数量、选址,多功能设备的投放,人工与自助化服务的匹配,运营效率等多方面存在布局的不合理性。再次,从各区域内客户类型,营业网点与区域用户的匹配情况,人工服务与自助服务的匹配关系等不同角度进行深层次优化分析。最后,运用现代化经营理念从选址、网点功能、设备投入、人员配备等角度,分别提出了各区域营业网点布局的优化方案;将人工、自助化、人工与自助化相结合的营业网点合理匹配,并对网点内部优化提出相应的优化方案及实施的保障措施,以便更加人性化、差异化、有特点、有针对性的为客户提供优质化服务,最终实现银行整体提升的目的。本文针对邮储银行沈阳市分行营业网点布局中存在的问题进行分析与讨论,提出更加有效的银行营业网点布局建议,对于邮储银行沈阳市分行及同业银行的营业网点优质化转型均具有较大的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of network and the rapid development of electronic information, the self-help service and the traditional manual operation in the field of banking are divided into two important roles in the daily work of commercial banks. How to effectively match the manual and self-help services and optimize the distribution of commercial banks has always been regarded as the focus of the banking industry. Since the establishment of the postal savings bank Shenyang branch on March 12, 2008, it has been under the jurisdiction of six first-level branches, 49 artificial business outlets and 271 self-service equipment. Its branches are spread throughout the administrative areas of Shenyang, with its humanistic background and economic conditions. The level of technological development is uneven. As far as the layout and construction of postal savings bank outlets at all levels in Shenyang are concerned, ignoring the cultural background, economic conditions, technical level and other factors of the administrative region, the location selection will inevitably affect the operation efficiency of bank outlets. First of all, by consulting relevant documents, questionnaire survey, facility location analysis and other methods to understand the current situation of bank outlets at home and abroad. Secondly, using the theory of operation management, the theory of strategic management, the theory of operation strategy, the theory of industrial engineering, the theory of human resource management, and so on, combined with the present situation of the distribution of business outlets in Shenyang Branch of Postal savings Bank, The problems existing in the layout of business outlets in Shenyang are put forward, including the irrationality of the layout in many aspects, such as the number of business outlets, location selection, the placement of multi-functional equipment, the matching of manual and self-service, and the operational efficiency. Thirdly, the deep level optimization analysis is carried out from different angles, such as the customer types in each region, the matching situation between business outlets and regional users, the matching relationship between manual service and self-service, and so on. Finally, from the point of view of location selection, network function, equipment input, personnel allocation and so on, the optimization scheme of the distribution of business network in each region is put forward by using the modern management concept, and the manual, self-help, and so on are put forward respectively. The combination of manual and self-help business network reasonable matching, and the internal optimization of the network to put forward the corresponding optimization program and implementation of the safeguard measures, in order to more humanized, differentiated, characteristic, targeted to provide customers with high-quality services, Finally, the purpose of bank promotion is realized. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the layout of postal savings bank, Shenyang branch, and puts forward more effective suggestions for the layout of bank outlets. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the transformation of postal savings bank Shenyang branch and interbank business network.
