民生银行事业部制改革案例研究

【摘要】：事业部制管理模式是起源于20世纪初期的一种新的管理模式,它改变了以前传统的金字塔式的上下级管理模式,创新的实现了条线化的垂直管理理念。自事业部制管理模式产生以后,它成为了一些中大型企业极力推崇并不断付诸实践运用的管理模式,一系列实践也成功表明它具有传统管理模式所不具有的优势。作为以金融服务为核心的传统银行业,在西方国家已出现了不少商业银行成功进行事业部制改革的案例,而在我国,虽然商业银行体系建立较晚,但在市场经济大潮中,也出现了如民生银行一样较为全面的事业部制改革案例。本文首先介绍了事业部制管理模式的特点和其在不同行业被实际运用情况,分析了事业部制管理模式在中大型企业中优势。随后重点分析了中国民生银行在事业部制改革过程中的动因、实施过程、现状,以及民生银行事业部制改革取得的成效和存在的诸多问题。通过分析我们知道,任何管理模式都不是绝对完美的,它们在卓有成效的同时也会存在相应的弱点或者缺陷,事业部管理模式也是如此。民生银行在经过近10年的事业部制管理模式实践运用也表明,事业部制管理模式能在特定的时间点和一定程度上有效地整合资源,促进业务的快速增长,但在资源配资、授权管理等方面如果不掌控好并及时解决存在的问题,将给改革带来极大的挑战和困扰。通过对民生银行全面事业部制改革取得的成绩和存在的不足的实际分析,提出了优化民生银行事业部制改革的想法,也希望对以后将要准备实施事业部制管理模式改革的国内商业银行提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The management mode of the Ministry of Business is a new management model which originated in the early 20th century. It has changed the traditional pyramid management mode and innovatively realized the vertical management idea of line. Since the emergence of the management mode of the Ministry of institutions, it has become a management model that some medium and large enterprises highly admire and put into practice. A series of practices have also proved that it has advantages that the traditional management mode does not have. As a traditional banking industry with financial service as its core, there have been many successful cases of commercial banks carrying out the reform of the ministry system in western countries. In our country, although the commercial banking system was established late, it is in the tide of market economy. Also appeared like the people's livelihood bank more comprehensive enterprise ministry system reform case. This paper first introduces the characteristics of the management mode of the Ministry of Business and its practical application in different industries, and analyzes the advantages of the management mode of the Ministry of Business in the medium and large enterprises. Then it analyzes the motivation, implementation process, current situation of Minsheng Bank of China in the process of the reform of the Ministry of Public Affairs, as well as the achievements and problems in the reform of the Ministry system of the people's livelihood Bank. Through analysis, we know that any management model is not absolutely perfect, they will also have corresponding weaknesses or defects while they are effective, so is the management mode of business department. The practice and application of Minsheng Bank's management mode of the Ministry of Business in the past 10 years has also shown that the management mode of the Ministry of Business can effectively integrate resources and promote the rapid growth of business at a specific time point and to a certain extent, but in the allocation of resources, If we don't control and solve the existing problems, it will bring great challenges and troubles to the reform. Based on the actual analysis of the achievements and shortcomings of the overall reform of the Ministry system of the Minsheng Bank, this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the reform of the Ministry system of the Minsheng Bank. It also hopes to provide reference to the domestic commercial banks which will be ready to implement the reform of the management mode of the Ministry of Business.
