【摘要】：当前,包括国际货币体系在内的世界经济秩序正在发生着前所未有的深刻改变,人民币国际化受到世界各国的广泛关注。人民币国际化进程从2009年正式开始,随着人民币的国际地位稳步上升,逐步成为世界上比较重要的货币。据统计,2014年12月人民币已经成为全球第二大贸易融资货币,2015年8月人民币在国际上已经取代日元成为第四大支付货币,市场份额升至2.79%,创历史新高,仅次于美元(44.8%)、欧元(27.2%)和英镑(8.5%)。2016年10月1日,人民币正式加入SDR,其比重约为10.92%,仅次于美元的41.73%和欧元的30.93%,高于日元的8.33%和英镑的8.09%。这表明人民币的国际地位逐渐被国际社会所认可,这将极大地提升国内外投资者的信心,有利于进一步推进其国际化进程的发展。在2009年人民币国际化项目正式启动以来,中国实行了一系列的措施来积极推进人民币国际化的进程。人民币国际化的选择路径较为广泛,通过跨境贸易人民币结算、货币互换协议、人民币离岸市场的建立和加强金融货币合作等多种方式来提高人民币在国际市场上的地位和作用,促使人民币向着全球化的方向迈进。人民币国际化自2009年开始到现在仅有短短的几年时间,但其发展迅速,特别是在2016年10月1日,人民币正式加入到SDR,是人民币国际化进程中迈出的重要一步。但与此同时,在人民币国际化发展的过程中也存在着一些问题,可能会引发一系列风险。本文着重研究人民币国际化的风险类型以及相关防范风险的措施。第一章是绪论,提出人民币国际化风险的研究背景、研究意义、相关的文献参考、主要的研究内容以及创新与不足;第二章是货币国际化的基础理论,通过基础理论的研究综述来阐明人民币国际化风险的相关理论以及其产生原因;第三章是人民币国际化的方式主要和内容,主要介绍了近几年来人民币国际化的发展情况以及相关成就;第四章是人民币国际化面临的风险,人民币国际化在取得巨大收益的情况下,也面临着风险的发生,本章从政策运用受限方面、资本项目开放方面以及人民币特有的风险方面来研究分析人民币国际化可能面临的风险;第五章是人民币国际化的诱导因素,本文研究人民币国际化的风险,根据风险来研究各种风险的诱导因素,对相关诱发因素进行介绍,来深入研究人民币国际化风险产生的原因;第六章是人民币国际化风险防范,前面两章分别介绍人民币国际化可能面临的风险以及风险的诱导因素,而此章结合前两章对风险的防范方法进行归纳和总结。
[Abstract]:At present, the world economic order, including the international monetary system, is undergoing unprecedented profound changes. The internationalization of RMB is widely concerned by all countries in the world. The process of RMB internationalization has been formally started in 2009. With the steady rise of the international status of the RMB, the RMB internationalization has become the most important currency in the world. According to statistics, 201 In December, RMB has become the second largest trade financing currency in the world. In August 2015, RMB has replaced the yen in the world as the fourth largest payment currency. The internationalization of RMB has been only a few years since 2009, but it has developed rapidly, especially in October 1, 2016. The third chapter is the main and content of the internationalization of RMB, mainly introduces the development situation of RMB internationalization and the related achievements in recent years, and the fourth chapter is RMB international. The risks faced by the internationalization of RMB are also faced with the risk. This chapter studies the risk of RMB internationalization from the limitation of policy application, the opening of capital account and the risk of RMB. The fifth chapter is the inducement factor of the internationalization of RMB. This paper studies the risks of RMB internationalization, studies the inducement factors of various risks according to the risk, and introduces the related inducing factors to study the causes of the risk of RMB internationalization. The sixth chapter is to prevent the risk of RMB internationalization. The first two chapters introduce the risks that may be faced by the internationalization of the people's currency and the inducement of the risk. Guide factors, and this chapter combines the first two chapters of risk prevention methods are summarized and summarized.
