中国长、短期国际资本流动的决定因素与影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,随着我国参与全球化程度的不断加深,国际资本跨境流动逐渐成为我国对外开放中一个重要现象。国际资本频繁出入我国会对我国宏观经济稳定和经济发展产生重要影响。虽然长短期资本流动的动因不尽相同,但是,不论是总资本净流动、长期资本净流动还是短期资本净流动对于宏观经济的影响都具有一些共性:资本净流入/流出的增加会导致名义汇率升值/贬值、提高通货膨胀率,并会影响国内经济的发展。值得注意的是,短期资本净流动对于宏观经济的影响强于长期资本净流动,意味着当前应当高度关注短期国际资本对我国宏观经济稳定带来的风险。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of China's participation in globalization, the cross-border flow of international capital has gradually become an important phenomenon in China's opening to the outside world. Frequent international capital movement in and out of China will have an important impact on China's macroeconomic stability and economic development. Although the drivers of capital flows in the short and long term are not the same, whether they are net flows of total capital, Both long-term and short-term net capital flows have some common effects on macro-economy: the increase of net capital inflow / outflow will lead to nominal exchange rate appreciation / depreciation, increase inflation rate, and will affect the development of domestic economy. It is worth noting that the impact of net short-term capital flows on macroeconomic is stronger than that on long-term net capital flows, which means that the risks brought by short-term international capital to China's macroeconomic stability should be paid close attention to at present.
