宏观经济不确定性、货币政策传导与银行风险承担

【摘要】：货币政策对银行风险的作用受到宏观经济不确定性的影响。本文以货币政策影响银行风险承担行为的理论为基础,探讨宏观经济不确定性对这一理论所带来的影响。货币政策通过价值、收入与现金流效应,追逐收益效应以及政策透明度效应三个子渠道影响银行风险承担行为,宏观经济不确定性则通过阻碍三个子渠道发挥作用,从而影响货币政策传导风险承担渠道的有效性。实证结果显示,在我国银行业存在着货币政策传导的风险承担渠道,且宏观经济不确定性会削弱这一货币政策传导机制的作用。本文的研究丰富并完善了有关宏观经济不确定性与银行行为以及货币政策传导机制的理论,并对我国经济的政策制定具有一定的启示意义。
[Abstract]:The effect of monetary policy on bank risk is affected by macroeconomic uncertainty. Based on the theory that monetary policy affects the risk-bearing behavior of banks, this paper discusses the influence of macroeconomic uncertainty on this theory. Monetary policy influences banks' risk-bearing behavior through three sub-channels: value, income and cash flow effect, chasing income effect and policy transparency effect, while macroeconomic uncertainty plays a role by blocking three sub-channels. Thus affecting the effectiveness of monetary policy transmission risk assumption channels. The empirical results show that there is a risk-bearing channel for monetary policy transmission in China's banking sector, and macroeconomic uncertainty will weaken the role of this monetary policy transmission mechanism. The research in this paper enriches and perfects the theories of macroeconomic uncertainty, bank behavior and monetary policy transmission mechanism, and has certain enlightenment significance to the policy making of our country's economy.
