农业银行内蒙古分行小微企业金融服务存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济不断快速的发展,小微企业在社会经济发展中起着非常重要的作用。然而长期以来,微型与小微企业,在金融服务发展方面总是存在着多种因素的束缚,不仅阻碍了小微企业的发展规模,进一步减缓了小微型企业的创新与进步。其实,小微企业金融服务就是一种专门为小微型企业提供优质服务的一种金融服务工作,它是建立在我国一些基本政策之上。从某种程度来说,小微型企业贷款的核心指标就是小微企业的金融服务。但是小微企业贷款难以及贷款贵等问题使得加强小微企业金融服务的发展成为了当前社会发展的一个重要问题。在此种现状下,本文将充分的对具体实例进行分析,主要分析对象为农业银行内蒙古分行的相关金融服务,对该银行的小微企业金融服务进行了细致的研究与分析,进一步探索该银行的金融服务体系存在的不足和具备着哪些可取之处,这也将对我国中小企业的融资困难的现状进行改善,提高整个行业的金融服务水平。本文主要以小微企业融资理论以及银行金融支持理论进行深入研究,然后结合定性与定量分析方法,探索中小企业在实际业务中融资困难的原因,再以实际理论作为主要支撑,提出应对措施,进而深入对论文进行探讨。本文主要细致的对农业银行内蒙古分行的小微企业金融服务当前现状进行了分析,包含以下内容:主要产品、农业银行内蒙古分行的基本情况、小微企业金融服务、性能和服务渠道等。紧接着深度的对其存在的缺陷或不足进行分析。然后分析了农业银行内蒙古分行小微企业金融服务存在问题的原因。通过本研究的结果,我们发现在农业银行内蒙古分行小微企业发展中有诸多问题,而且由于多方面的原因产生了这些问题。通过采取适当措施,解决小微企业金融服务问题。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, small and micro enterprises play a very important role in the development of social economy. However, for a long time, there are many factors in the financial service development of micro and micro enterprises, which not only hinder the development scale of small and micro enterprises, but also further slow down the innovation and progress of small and micro enterprises. In fact, the financial service of small and micro enterprises is a kind of financial service which is specialized in providing high quality service for small and micro enterprises. It is based on some basic policies of our country. To some extent, the core indicator of micro-enterprise lending is the financial services of micro-enterprises. However, it is difficult for small and micro enterprises to lend money and so on, which makes strengthening the development of financial services of small and micro enterprises become an important issue in the current social development. In this situation, this paper will fully analyze the specific examples, mainly for the agricultural bank of Inner Mongolia Branch of the relevant financial services, the bank's small and micro enterprise financial services have been carefully studied and analyzed. Further exploring the shortcomings and advantages of the bank's financial service system will improve the current situation of the financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China and improve the financial service level of the whole industry. In this paper, the financing theory of small and micro enterprises and the financial support theory of banks are studied in depth, and then combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the paper explores the reasons for the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in the actual business, and then takes the actual theory as the main support. The countermeasures are put forward, and the paper is discussed in depth. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the small and micro enterprise financial service of the Inner Mongolia branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, including the following contents: main products, the basic situation of the Inner Mongolia Branch of the Agricultural Bank, the financial service of the small and micro enterprise, Performance and service channel etc. Then the depth of the analysis of its defects or deficiencies. Then it analyzes the causes of the problems in the financial services of small and micro enterprises in Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank. Based on the results of this study, we find that there are many problems in the development of small and micro enterprises in Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank, and these problems are caused by many reasons. By taking appropriate measures to solve the problem of financial services for small and micro enterprises.
