开发性金融“走出去”的网络外部性分析

【摘要】：开发性金融"走出去"过程中很重要的两条原则就是要"先义后利"和树立大风险观,将金融要素资源的外部性进行合理掌控,尽可能激励合作国参与到全方位的合作过程中,实现共赢发展。这意味着中国将会逐步形成一个覆盖全世界主要新兴经济体、发展中国家及部分发达国家的全球性新型经济金融合作网络。为此,有必要对开发性金融在这一网络中的正外部性进行深入分析和理解。我们需要充分运用开发性金融的网络外部性作用形成共生关系的开放性金融合作网络。
[Abstract]:The two important principles in the process of "going out" of development finance are to "advance and benefit" and to set up the view of big risk, to control the externality of financial element resources reasonably, and to encourage cooperative countries to participate in the process of all-round cooperation as much as possible. Achieving win-win development. This means that China will gradually form a new global economic and financial cooperation network covering the world's major emerging economies, developing countries and some developed countries. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and understand the positive externalities of development finance in this network. We need to make full use of the network externality of development finance to form an open financial cooperation network with symbiotic relationship.
