互联网时代商业银行征信数据应用模式研究

【摘要】:随着互联网技术的不断进步和金融脱媒的客观需求,互联网金融应运而生。其与银行业、征信行业等传统行业的结合又进一步催生出直销银行、互联网银行、互联网征信等新的商业模式和商业业态。在实践方面,国外银行业由于体制活、起步早,已经形成了较为成熟的商业模式,如美国Zest Finance等;理论方面,以往文献较多集中于互联网金融对商业银行的冲击和对现有征信体系的重塑,商业银行始终作为一个被动的征信信息使用者的角色。文章考察互联网时代下银行是如何获取和应用征信数据,并对在现有征信体系下引入互联网因素后是否对商业银行的经营有所帮助进行了分析。最后从立法的角度提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of Internet technology and the objective demand of financial disintermediation, Internet finance emerges as the times require. Its combination with the banking industry, credit industry and other traditional industries has further spawned a new business model and business form, such as direct selling banks, Internet credit information and so on. In practice, due to the active system and early start of the foreign banking industry, a more mature business model has been formed, such as the Zest Finance of the United States. The previous literature focuses on the impact of Internet finance on commercial banks and the remodeling of the existing credit information system. Commercial banks have always played a passive role as users of credit information. This paper examines how banks obtain and apply credit information data in the Internet era, and analyzes whether the introduction of Internet factors under the existing credit system will help commercial banks. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from the angle of legislation.
