农业银行供应链金融产品与案例研究

【摘要】:在现代商业银行转型升级迫在眉睫的时机,供应链金融成为其变革创新的主要手段。经济信息化和全球一体化促使过去企业之间的竞争演变成了产业链之间的竞争。在产业链的不断发展中,金融机构积极介入,为产业链各环节提供资金支持,突破了买卖双方的基础贸易关系的局限,提高了整个供应链流动资金的效率,在达到产业链各方共赢的同时,也为银行开辟了广阔的赢利新空间。供应链金融将整个产业链各环节有效整合,以核心企业的信用进行担保,进一步使得企业的服务模式以及产品得以创新,既可以在一定程度上帮助企业解决融资过程中遇到的问题,也推动了产业链转型升级。此外,其利用核心企业信用捆绑的运作模式,降低了银行信用风险,提高了银行不断探索供应链金融发展的可行性。综上,对供应链产品及案例进行深入研究和思考,对银行开创新的盈利模式,谋求转型发展具有积极的实践意义。本文从供应链金融的产生背景、发展供应链金融的益处、供应链金融的国际国内实践等角度探讨了农业银行发展供应链金融的必要性、可行性,再结合农业银行现有的供应链产品体系及业务发展态势,与同业的发展状况进行比较,找出存在的问题。接着以服务S烟草公司供应链金融服务方案为例,为农业银行提供更完善、更高阶的供应链金融服务,缩短同业差距,提高市场份额提供启示和借鉴,最后提出扩展供应链服务领域、缩短供应链服务差距、完善供应链内部管理体系等对策建议,与上述烟草公司供应链金融服务案例相呼应。本文主要采用了问卷调查、查阅统计年鉴、相关论文等方法整理分析数据,运用理论和具体案例相结合的方法得出研究结论。通过分析,本文认为农业银行在供应链产品的研发和推广上,起步较晚,由于缺乏总体层面的规划,仍处于各地区分散零星发展的局面,产品竞争力较弱,存在产品对市场需求满足不足、与同业差距大、内部管理与激励机制亟待完善等问题。针对上述问题,本文以农业银行成功服务S烟草公司的供应链金融综合方案为例,提出了成功实施供应链金融服务的经验做法,最后总结发展供应链金融的完善建议,为农业银行乃至其他大型国有商业银行更好地服务实体产业链提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance has become the main means of transformation and innovation in modern commercial banks. Economic informatization and global integration promote the competition between enterprises into industrial chain competition. In the continuous development of the industrial chain, financial institutions actively intervene to provide financial support for various links of the industrial chain, breaking through the limitations of the basic trade relationship between the buyer and the seller, and improving the efficiency of the liquidity of the entire supply chain. In the industrial chain to achieve win-win situation, but also for banks to open up a wide range of new profit space. Supply chain finance effectively integrates all links in the industry chain, guarantees the credit of the core enterprises, and further makes the service modes and products of the enterprises innovative. To a certain extent, it can help enterprises solve the problems encountered in the process of financing, but also promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial chain. In addition, it makes use of the operation mode of core enterprise credit bundling, reduces the bank credit risk, and improves the feasibility of the bank exploring the development of supply chain finance. To sum up, it is of positive practical significance for banks to create a new profit model and to seek for transformation and development by deeply studying and pondering on supply chain products and cases. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of agricultural bank to develop supply chain finance from the perspective of the background of supply chain finance, the benefit of developing supply chain finance, the international and domestic practice of supply chain finance, etc. Combining with the current supply chain product system and business development situation of Agricultural Bank of China, this paper compares with the development situation of the same industry, and finds out the existing problems. Then taking the supply chain financial service scheme of Service S Tobacco Company as an example, it provides the Agricultural Bank with more perfect and higher supply chain financial services, shortens the gap between peers, and raises the market share to provide enlightenment and reference. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as expanding the supply chain service field, shortening the supply chain service gap and perfecting the internal management system of the supply chain, which is in line with the above tobacco company's case of supply chain financial service. This paper mainly uses the questionnaire, the statistical yearbook, related papers and other methods to collate and analyze the data, and use the method of combining theory with specific cases to draw the conclusion of the research. Through analysis, this paper thinks that the Agricultural Bank of China started relatively late in the research and development and promotion of supply chain products, because of the lack of overall planning, it is still in the situation of scattered development in various regions, and the competitiveness of products is relatively weak. There are some problems, such as insufficient meeting of market demand, wide gap with peers, and urgent improvement of internal management and incentive mechanism. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the comprehensive scheme of supply chain finance of Agricultural Bank of China as an example, puts forward the experience and practice of successfully implementing the supply chain financial service, and finally summarizes the suggestions to improve the development of supply chain finance. For agricultural banks and other large-scale state-owned commercial banks to better serve the real industry chain to provide reference.
