互联网技术对商业银行盈利模式的影响研究——基于信息收益与成本视角

【摘要】:从信息经济学视角来看,商业银行存贷款业务主要利用信息不对称来获取利润。互联网技术的广泛运用在提高商业银行信息技术水平、降低信息成本的同时,也降低了商业银行的信息收益。具体来说,随着信息技术水平的提高,商业银行存贷款业务的单位信息成本先上升后下降,单位信息收益持续下降,单位利润先下降后上升、然后维持在相对较低的水平。长期来看,目前我国商业银行以大中型企业为主要服务对象、以存贷利差为主要利润来源的盈利模式是不可持续的。在互联网技术快速发展的背景下,商业银行需要充分运用"互联网+"所带来的新的获客渠道,扩大客户服务范围,深挖中间业务潜力,加快盈利模式转型。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of information economics, the deposit and loan business of commercial banks mainly uses asymmetric information to obtain profits. The wide use of Internet technology not only improves the level of information technology of commercial banks and reduces the cost of information, but also reduces the information benefits of commercial banks. Specifically, with the improvement of the level of information technology, the unit information cost of the deposit and loan business of commercial banks first rises and then decreases, the unit information income continues to decline, the unit profit decreases first and then rises, and then maintains at a relatively low level. In the long run, the profit model of Chinese commercial banks, which mainly serve large and medium-sized enterprises and take deposit and loan interest margin as the main source of profits, is unsustainable. Under the background of the rapid development of Internet technology, commercial banks need to make full use of the new channels brought by the Internet, expand the scope of customer service, dig the potential of intermediate business, and accelerate the transformation of profit model.
