【摘要】：EMV迁移可以称得上是最近几年间全世界银行业最重大的一个工程。伴随其落实范畴的不断增加,一直以来阻碍银行发展的高科技犯罪终于有了克制的法宝,EMV标准被称之为消灭金融犯罪的一个利器。通过芯片卡和密码结合的一种双重保护技术,也是银行卡以后发展的主要趋势。EMV规范是通过Europay、MasterCard、VISA三个国际银行卡单位一同编制的IC卡的金融支付标准。随着技术发展EMV标准的不断健全,传统的磁条卡向IC卡的转变已经是大势所趋。本文在查阅大量文献的基础上,从EMV迁移标准的概述、实施金融IC卡的环境分析、并以宁波金融IC卡迁移为例进行分析以及我国金融IC卡迁移存在的问题及原因等方面进行阐述,并提出了金融IC卡在支付领域应用的相关对策。主要内容如下:首先,介绍研究背景、意义和相关理论基础。阐述EMV迁移的研究背景和意义,通过参阅国内外对EMV迁移的研究现状,确定了研究内容。其次,对EMV迁移和金融IC卡迁移的概念进行了介绍,区别了他们之间关系,并与传统银行卡比较,突出其产品本身优势,为本文的研究铺垫了坚实的理论基础。同时通过PEST和SWOT进行我国金融IC卡迁移环境分析,找出存在的问题。再次,先分析我国金融IC卡迁移存在的问题,并以宁波金融IC卡迁移案例进行分析,从面到点,从理论到实际试点为实施对策提供参考。最后,根据上述问题,提出我国金融IC卡迁移的实施对策。为我国正在进行中的金融IC迁移工作提供具有价值的参考,对促进中国银行卡的产业升级和可持续发展有着积极的推动作用。
[Abstract]:EMV migration is arguably the world's biggest banking project in recent years. With the increasing scope of its implementation, the high-tech crime which has been hampering the development of banks has finally had a magic weapon of restraint, EMV standard, which is called a weapon to eliminate financial crime. A dual protection technology combined with chip card and cipher is also the main trend in the future development of bank card. EMV standard is the financial payment standard of IC card compiled by three international bank card units Europayer MasterCard visa. With the technical development of EMV standard, the traditional magnetic stripe card to IC card is the trend of the times. On the basis of consulting a lot of literature, this paper carries out the environmental analysis of financial IC card from the overview of EMV migration standard. Taking Ningbo financial IC card migration as an example, the problems and causes of financial IC card migration in China are discussed, and the relevant countermeasures for the application of financial IC card in the field of payment are put forward. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the research background, significance and relevant theoretical basis are introduced. This paper expounds the background and significance of EMV migration, and determines the research content by referring to the current research situation of EMV migration at home and abroad. Secondly, the concepts of EMV migration and financial IC card transfer are introduced, and the relationship between EMV migration and financial IC card transfer is distinguished, and compared with the traditional bank card, the advantages of the products themselves are highlighted, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. At the same time, through pest and SWOT to analyze the migration environment of financial IC card in China, to find out the existing problems. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the transfer of financial IC card in our country, and analyzes the case of transfer of financial IC card in Ningbo, from surface to point, from theory to practice to provide a reference for the implementation of the countermeasures. Finally, according to the above problems, put forward the implementation of financial IC card migration countermeasures. It provides a valuable reference for the ongoing transfer of financial IC in China, and plays a positive role in promoting the upgrading and sustainable development of banking card industry in China.
