硬币流通循环问题及其管理对策

【摘要】：作为流通货币的重要组成部分,硬币在支付流通中发挥着十分重要的支付找零作用。多年来,我国持续推进小面额货币硬币化工作,但当前仍存在着诸多掣肘致使硬币循环流通不畅。为此,本文在结合上海市20多年硬币流通使用的基础上,针对硬币循环中的基本情况与主要问题开展调研分析,并从管理制度、配套设施、面额设置、回收处理和防伪功能等五个角度积极寻求对策,希望对今后的硬币循环流通管理能有所裨益。
