从产业链金融到科技链金融——论科技链金融的概念、模式和意义

【摘要】：本文运用"链"思维,以产业链金融作为参照和基础,从产业链、创新链和资金链"三链协同"中提炼出科技链金融这一新概念。科技链金融作为科技金融的一种特殊形式和一个特殊阶段,旨在鼓励和支持科技创新,是对"产业链金融"的扩展、改进和补充。科技链金融的发展,有利于促进科技与金融融合发展,丰富科技金融理论体系,提高科技成果转化效率,破解科技型企业融资难题。下一步,可以从创新链与资金链的协同机制、各种金融工具的协调机制、科技链金融配套机制、创新链各环节的风险特征、金融产品设计与创新等方面,对科技链金融进行更深入的研究。
[Abstract]:By using "chain" thinking and taking industry chain finance as reference and foundation, this paper abstracts the new concept of science and technology chain finance from the "three chains of synergy" of industrial chain, innovation chain and capital chain. As a special form and a special stage of sci-tech finance, sci-tech chain finance aims to encourage and support scientific and technological innovation and is an extension, improvement and supplement to "industry chain finance". The development of science and technology chain finance is helpful to promote the development of science and technology and finance, enrich the theory system of science and technology finance, improve the efficiency of science and technology achievement transformation, and solve the financing problem of science and technology enterprises. The next step can be from the coordination mechanism of innovation chain and fund chain, the coordination mechanism of various financial instruments, the supporting mechanism of science and technology chain, the risk characteristics of each link of innovation chain, the design and innovation of financial products, and so on. To carry on the deeper research to the science and technology chain finance.
