马克思虚拟资本理论及其对我国金融监管的启示

【摘要】：在我国社会主义市场经济建设过程中,积极合理地发展虚拟资本是实现我国经济又好又快发展的必然选择,但由于虚拟资本自身的特点使其在推动经济发展的同时又必然会产生极强的金融风险。如何充分利用虚拟资本的积极作用,努力避免其不利影响,使其能够最大限度服务于我国的社会主义市场经济建设,是我国当前面临的重大课题与挑战。因此辩证地运用马克思虚拟资本理论加强我国金融监管水平,有效地预防与管控我国金融业存在的风险,促进虚拟资本和金融市场在我国的健康发展,对于保障我国社会主义市场经济平稳运行具有重要意义。本篇论文通过对马克思的著作《资本论》中虚拟资本相关内容的归纳梳理,力图从马克思理论视角出发还原虚拟资本的真实本质,并且以马克思虚拟资本理论为根本依据探索加强我国金融监管的策略和方法。本论文主体部分包含四个章节:第一章是马克思虚拟资本理论的产生,通过对其理论来源和社会现实条件两方面的论述,指出虚拟资本是商品经济发展的必然产物和客观历史存在,并继而在第二章中归纳研究了马克思虚拟资本理论的基本内容,其中包含了马克思对虚拟资本的基本认识、虚拟资本的运动和积累、虚拟资本的价格决定机制、虚拟资本的特征以及虚拟资本的积极作用和负面影响几部分。此后虚拟资本在市场经济发展过程中逐渐演化为现代的金融资本,论文第三章中通过分析我国金融资本的发展现状对我国金融业建设取得的成就和现阶段存在的各类问题进行了总结,对问题产生的根源进行了研究,同时指出了现阶段我国金融工作的重点。第四章着力探寻马克思虚拟资本理论对于我国现代金融监管的启示。本章从马克思政治经济学视角出发研究了我国虚拟资本发展的新状况,并以马克思虚拟资本理论为指导,从加强金融监管的角度对我国现代金融业发展过程中可能出现及已经存在的问题给出具有针对性的建议和对策。马克思对虚拟资本的研究是具有开创性和革命性的,为我国的虚拟资本理论和金融市场的发展奠定了坚实的理论基础。本文从马克思政治经济学视角出发研究我国金融行业和市场发展的现状,始终秉承将马克思虚拟资本理论与我国虚拟资本和金融市场发展问题紧密结合的理念,坚持将马克思虚拟资本理论作为论文写作中发现问题和解决问题的理论依据,努力探寻我国虚拟资本发展过程中出现的各种问题根源以及有效对策,尤其是文中有关第二章虚拟资本的预期性、周期性特征和第四章中我国虚拟资本市场的定位部分具有一定的理论创新性。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a socialist market economy in China, it is an inevitable choice to actively and reasonably develop virtual capital in order to achieve sound and rapid economic development in our country. But because of the characteristic of fictitious capital itself, it will produce strong financial risk while promoting economic development. How to make full use of the positive role of virtual capital, try to avoid its adverse effects, and make it serve the socialist market economy construction of our country to the maximum extent, is a major subject and challenge that our country faces at present. Therefore, using Marx's theory of virtual capital dialectically to strengthen the level of financial supervision in our country, effectively prevent and control the risks existing in our financial industry, and promote the healthy development of virtual capital and financial market in our country. It is of great significance to ensure the smooth operation of our socialist market economy. This paper tries to restore the real essence of fictitious capital from the angle of Marx's theory by summing up the related contents of fictitious capital in Marx's book "Capital". On the basis of Marx's virtual capital theory, this paper explores the strategies and methods of strengthening financial supervision in China. The main body of this paper includes four chapters: the first chapter is the emergence of Marx's virtual capital theory, through the theoretical source and social reality of the two aspects of the discussion, It is pointed out that virtual capital is an inevitable product of the development of commodity economy and objective historical existence, and then in the second chapter, the basic content of Marx's virtual capital theory is summarized and studied, which includes Marx's basic understanding of virtual capital. The movement and accumulation of virtual capital, the price determination mechanism of virtual capital, the characteristics of virtual capital, and the positive and negative effects of virtual capital. Since then, virtual capital has evolved into modern financial capital in the course of market economy development. In the third chapter, by analyzing the current situation of financial capital development in China, the author summarizes the achievements made in the construction of China's financial industry and various problems existing at the present stage, and studies the root causes of the problems. At the same time, it points out the key points of our country's financial work at this stage. Chapter four explores the enlightenment of Marx's virtual capital theory to modern financial supervision in China. This chapter studies the new situation of virtual capital development in China from the perspective of Marx's political economy, and is guided by Marx's virtual capital theory. From the point of view of strengthening financial supervision, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the problems that may appear and exist in the development of modern financial industry in China. Marx's research on fictitious capital is groundbreaking and revolutionary, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the development of fictitious capital theory and financial market in China. From the perspective of Marx's political economy, this paper studies the present situation of the development of financial industry and market in China, and always adheres to the idea that Marx's virtual capital theory is closely combined with the development of China's virtual capital and financial market. This paper insists on the theory of Marx's virtual capital as the theoretical basis for finding and solving problems in the writing of the thesis, and tries to explore the root causes and effective countermeasures of all kinds of problems in the development of virtual capital in our country. In particular, the expectation, periodicity of the second chapter and the positioning of the virtual capital market in the fourth chapter have some theoretical innovation.
