管理熵理论应用于HT信托公司员工激励的实证分析

【摘要】：本文以HT信托公司知识型员工为实证研究对象,构建综合激励体系,并尝试将管理熵理论应用于测度其激励效果;测度综合激励体系各指标层级激励正熵和负熵,以分析激励熵模型用以测评激励效果与协同程度的有效性和实用性,确定激励手段、途径、方向、力度等的变化对总体激励效果的影响,揭示企业某时某刻激励水平的协同变化趋势。由于激励机制的改良可以通过降低激励系统正熵和增加激励负熵来达成总激励熵的下降,及时测度激励效果有利于发现激励盲点并动态维护激励措施的协同。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the knowledge workers of HT Trust Company as the empirical research object, constructs the comprehensive incentive system, and tries to apply the management entropy theory to measure its incentive effect; measure the positive entropy and negative entropy of each index level of the comprehensive incentive system. The incentive entropy model is used to evaluate the effectiveness and practicability of incentive effect and synergy, and to determine the influence of the change of incentive means, ways, direction and intensity on the overall incentive effect. To reveal the trend of collaborative change of incentive level at a certain time in an enterprise. Because the improvement of incentive mechanism can reduce the positive entropy of incentive system and increase the negative entropy of incentive system to achieve the reduction of total incentive entropy, the timely measurement of incentive effect can help to find the blind spot of incentive and dynamically maintain the synergy of incentive measures.
