区块链金融理论研究的最新进展

【摘要】：区块链金融通过建立去中心化信用,使数字价值交换成为可能,彻底颠覆现有商业模式,同时引发现有金融基础设施的改良,开创新一代全球金融网络。数字经济、自由货币理论和信息不对称理论为区块链金融的产生和发展提供了理论依据。现阶段学者们对区块链金融的研究主要集中在区块链金融的源起研究、驱动机制、颠覆效应和博弈研究四大方面,并取得了一定的研究成果,但是仍存在若干亟待解决的问题,如区块链金融的制度框架研究、产品定价研究、监管难点研究和深远影响研究等,这些问题的解决有助于区块链金融理论研究走上新台阶。
[Abstract]:By establishing decentralized credit, blockchain finance makes digital value exchange possible, completely upsets existing business models, at the same time leads to the improvement of existing financial infrastructure and creates a new generation of global financial networks. Digital economy, free money theory and information asymmetry theory provide theoretical basis for the emergence and development of block chain finance. At present, scholars' research on blockchain finance mainly focuses on the origin of blockchain finance, driving mechanism, subversive effect and game theory, and has achieved some research results, but there are still some problems to be solved. For example, the research on the institutional framework of blockchain finance, the research on product pricing, the research on the difficulties of supervision and the study of far-reaching influence, etc., which are helpful to the theoretical research of blockchain finance on a new level.
