互联网金融背景下商业银行经营转型问题研究

【摘要】:伴随着大数据、云计算等前沿互联网技术的迅猛发展,李克强总理在第十二届全国人大三次会议的政府工作报告中首次提出“互联网+”行动计划,力图创造新的经济增长点。在“互联网+”的时代大背景下,互联网金融企业适时抓住机遇,针对银行存在的利息低、贷款难的问题,创新金融产品,转变服务对象,迅速打开市场,成为不可小觑的主力军,顺利瓜分到该金融市场的大蛋糕。在互联网高速发展、大数据普遍运用的背景下,商业银行故步自封的发展早已无法适应经济发展的需要,大量互联网金融企业的崛起迅速挤占商业银行的市场,进一步加剧了金融脱媒,使商业银行的中介职能进一步弱化,与其相关的业务严重萎缩,营业利润大幅度下滑。在外部市场环境不断恶化的情况下,各大商业银行间的业务同质化程度较高,核心竞争力不突出,创新能力较差,不能及时有效的调整经营思路顺应市场发展的需要,加剧了同业间的竞争压力,使商业银行陷入内忧外患的不利局面。本文在运用文献研究法、系统研究法对互联网金融和商业转型的相关文献后进行整理,基于此搜集相关的理论作为本文的理论基础,其核心理论主要涉及金融信息化理论和企业战略理论,后文也紧密依赖于这两个理论进行研究并提出相应对策。首先,从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面分析互联网金融的发展趋势,力证互联网金融将长期存在并不断发展,在此基础上明确研究互联网金融背景下商业银行转型的必要性。在此基础上分析了互联网金融背景下商业银行经营的外部环境,为后文分析互联网金融背景下商业银行面临的挑战奠定基础。其次,从五个角度深刻剖析了互联网金融盛行的背景下商业银行面临的严峻形势,使商业银行能更深刻的认识到转型的迫切性并且能够在借鉴互联网金融企业的突出优势以弥补自身的不足,借此提出诸如调整业务结构、建立大数据管理和运用系统、立足客户视角的精准营销、有效管理互联网金融背景下网络银行的风险、为银行寻找新的利润增长点以及优化物理网点等角度提出具有可操作性的对策。本文以促进商业银行经营转型为目的,力图找准切入点进行改革创新,深度培养商业银行的核心竞争力,提高相关的技术管理能力,不断提升对客户的服务质量,从而推动其成长与发展。

With the rapid development of Internet and the widespread use of big data, commercial banks have been unable to adapt to the needs of economic development, and the rise of a large number of Internet financial enterprises has rapidly crowded out the market of commercial banks. Further aggravated the financial disintermediation, further weakened the intermediary function of commercial banks, its related business shrank seriously, the operating profit dropped sharply. Under the situation of deteriorating external market environment, the business among the major commercial banks has a high degree of homogeneity, the core competitiveness is not prominent, the innovation ability is poor, and the management ideas can not be adjusted in time and effectively to meet the needs of market development. Intensified the interbank competition pressure, causes the commercial bank to fall into the unfavorable situation of internal and external troubles. This article uses the literature research method, the system research method to carry on the collation to the Internet finance and the commercial transformation related literature, based on this collection correlation theory as the article theory foundation, Its core theory mainly involves financial information theory and enterprise strategy theory, which are closely dependent on these two theories to carry on the research and put forward the corresponding countermeasure. First of all, from the political, economic, social and technological aspects of the analysis of the development of Internet finance trends, evidence that Internet finance will exist and continue to develop for a long time. On this basis, it is clear to study the necessity of the transformation of commercial banks under the background of Internet finance. On this basis, this paper analyzes the external environment of commercial banks' operation under the background of Internet finance, and lays a foundation for the analysis of the challenges faced by commercial banks under the background of Internet finance. Secondly, it analyzes the severe situation faced by commercial banks under the background of the prevalence of Internet finance from five angles. So that commercial banks can deeply understand the urgency of the transition and can learn from the outstanding advantages of Internet financial enterprises to make up for their own shortcomings, such as adjusting business structure, establishing big data management and application system, Based on the accurate marketing of customer perspective, the paper effectively manages the risks of Internet banking in the context of Internet finance, and puts forward operable countermeasures for banks to find new profit growth points and optimize physical networks. In order to promote the business transformation of commercial banks, this paper tries to find the right entry point for reform and innovation, to deeply cultivate the core competitiveness of commercial banks, to improve the relevant technical management capabilities, and to continuously improve the quality of service to customers.
