A银行宁夏分行部门绩效考核方案的改进与完善
[Abstract]:In 2015, the State Council approved the deepening reform of Bank A, positioned Bank A as a development financial institution, and proposed efforts to build Bank A into a development financial institution with strict internal control, good asset quality, standardized governance structure, efficient service and sufficient capital. Bank A Ningxia Branch, established in 2004, is the only first-class branch of Bank A in Ningxia. Since its establishment, it has achieved excellent market performance by giving full play to its policy advantages and deeply practicing the theory of development finance. The position is stable, but facing the downward pressure of the economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the same industry, it is urgent to strengthen the internal human resources management, improve the performance appraisal, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff through the appraisal, guide the development of the branch business of Bank A in Ningxia, improve the market competitiveness. On the basis of this, this paper introduces the development course, personnel composition and functions of Bank A Ningxia Branch in detail, and analyzes the current situation, shortcomings and problems of performance appraisal plan of Bank A Ningxia Branch. Finally, according to the relevant principles of performance appraisal, this paper advances the performance appraisal plan of Bank A Ningxia Branch. Improvement and perfection are carried out, and specific improvements are put forward in terms of assessment work concept, work system, performance assessment index system and application of assessment results. In order to enhance the internal cohesion of branches, we should guide departments to actively respond to market competition.
