基于众筹网站的开放式创新激励机制研究

【摘要】:信息时代的到来,让我们时刻处在信息的的环绕之中。《创新者与企业革命》一书中说,创新是信息时代伴随的必然产物,创新不在于信息的获取、信息的贮存,而在于利用新的信息去做新的事情。网络让信息传播的更为迅速和广泛,创新模式也在其中发生着变化——从封闭式创新到开放式创新。许多大企业已然是开放式创新的实践者,但是一些初创企业,甚至是创业团队和个人却没有能力去采用开放式创新的模式。此时,人们发现众筹有多重功能,除却基本的筹集资金外,还在获取产品和市场信息、用户创新等方面有重要作用。众筹的过程似乎正契合了开放式创新的特点,这使得众筹成为创意产业首选的筹资模式,也因此鼓励了很多创新创意产品的出现,带动了创新创意产业的发展。许多众筹网站纷纷成立。本文主要研究基于众筹网站的开放式创新激励机制。通过分析众筹参与者:项目发起人、项目支持者、众筹网站这三者的动机、和开放式创新的关系以及目前众筹三方存在的问题设置基于众筹网站的开放式创新激励机制。首先通过文献分析指出众筹三方的参与动机,指出项目发起人动机主要是获得资金、产品创新以及市场信息;项目支持者动机有获取产品和荣誉,满足兴趣和提升能力;众筹网站的动机主要是外部引导和盈利需求。这三者的动机使得他们有一个共同的目标,就是都希望众筹项目能够获得成功。其次收集众筹项目有关数据,通过统计分析方法,运用spss18.0软件分析发起人、支持者开放式创新与项目成功之间的关系,表明发起人和支持者开放式创新对项目成功有显著的积极影响。再次,分析众筹三方目前存在的问题。项目发起人开放式创新意识和创新动力不足导致众筹项目缺乏创新性,难以吸引支持者;项目支持者人数较少,缺乏创新分享动力;而众筹网站也存在自身机制不完善等内部问题以及创新环境不足和国家政策法规不完善等外部问题。最后,通过上述分析,来设置众筹网站的激励机制。通过筹资、信息、市场激励手段来激励项目发起人发布更多的创新项目;通过物质,参与,特权激励手段来提高项目支持者的投资和创新;通过网站内部激励以及外部的政策和市场激励手段提高众筹网站的竞争力。为中小企业、创业团队和个人提供一个集融资和创新的平台,从而推动众筹和各行业的深度合作,推动大众创新、万众创业。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the information age, let us always in the surroundings of information. < Innovation and Enterprise Revolution > said in the book, innovation is the inevitable outcome of the information age, innovation does not lie in the acquisition of information, information storage, but in the use of new information to do new things. Many large enterprises are already practitioners of open innovation, but some start-ups, even entrepreneurial teams and individuals are unable to adopt the open innovation model. At this point, people find that crowdsourcing has multiple functions, in addition to basic fundraising. The crowdsourcing process seems to fit the characteristics of open innovation, which makes crowdsourcing the preferred mode of financing for creative industries. It also encourages the emergence of many innovative products and promotes the development of creative industries. This paper mainly studies the incentive mechanism of open innovation based on crowdsourcing websites. Through the analysis of the motivation of crowdsourcing participants: project sponsors, project supporters, crowdsourcing websites, the relationship between open innovation and crowdsourcing websites, and the existing problems of crowdsourcing websites, we set up an open innovation incentive mechanism based on crowdsourcing websites. Through literature analysis, it is pointed out that the motivation of the three parties involved in crowdsourcing is mainly to obtain funds, product innovation and market information; the motivation of project supporters is to obtain products and honors, satisfy interests and enhance ability; and the motivation of crowdsourcing websites is mainly external guidance and profit demand. Secondly, collect the relevant data of crowdsourcing projects, analyze the relationship between the sponsors and the success of the project by using SPSS 18.0 software, and show that the sponsors and supporters of open innovation have a significant positive impact on the success of the project. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the three parties of crowdsourcing. The lack of open innovation consciousness and innovation motivation of the project sponsors leads to the lack of innovation of crowdsourcing projects, which makes it difficult to attract supporters; the number of project supporters is small, and the lack of innovation and sharing motivation; and crowdsourcing websites also have internal problems such as imperfect mechanism and lack of innovation environment. Finally, through the above analysis, set up the incentive mechanism of crowdsourcing website. Through financing, information, market incentives to encourage project sponsors to publish more innovative projects; through material, participation, privileged incentives to improve the investment and innovation of project supporters; through the internal website. Incentives and external policies and market incentives enhance the competitiveness of crowdsourcing websites. Provide a platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurial teams and individuals to collect financing and innovation, thus promoting deep cooperation between crowdsourcing and various industries, promoting public innovation and entrepreneurship.
