移动电子支付用户隐私感知的前因量表设计

【摘要】:用户隐私感知是影响移动电子支付行为的重要原因。为客观呈现用户隐私感知的影响因素以此对企业制定有效且精准的移动支付推广策略,文章基于移动电子支付情境下用户隐私感知影响因素的三个构面,设计开发前因量表。并通过对比移动电子支付、互联网电脑支付及传统线下支付三者的前因量表,归纳总结三种支付场景下用户隐私感知影响因素的差异性。旨在为制定提升用户互联网支付的隐私安全感知策略提供支持。
[Abstract]:User privacy perception is an important factor influencing mobile electronic payment behavior. In order to objectively present the influencing factors of user privacy perception and formulate an effective and accurate mobile payment promotion strategy for enterprises, this paper designs the antecedent factor scale based on the three facets of the influencing factors of user privacy perception in the context of mobile electronic payment. By comparing the antecedents of mobile electronic payment, Internet payment and traditional offline payment, the differences of influencing factors of user privacy perception in three payment scenarios are summarized. It aims to provide support for the development of privacy security awareness policies to enhance users' Internet payment.
