[Abstract]:Since 2011, the number of telecom network crimes in China has continued to increase by more than 700.The annual losses to the victims have exceeded 10 billion yuan. In 2016, there were even a number of vicious incidents of telecom network fraud. It has aroused wide attention from all walks of life. In order to maintain long-term social stability and implement the national cyber security strategy, under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, 23 ministries and commissions have set up an inter-ministerial liaison conference system to organize and prevent new types of telecommunications network violations.
