互联网金融对JS银行人力资源管理的影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,互联网金融快速崛起,给传统银行业带来了转型压力。转型过程中,传统网点被智能化改造、自助设备的大量使用、电子银行业务的大力发展,柜台业务不断被替代,实体银行网点被撤并,大量银行员工被分流、转岗、再培训。传统商业银行转型之路对企业自身的人力资源管理带来了巨大冲击。本文采用文献研究、归纳与演绎相结合以及个案研究等方法,从分析我国互联网金融发展现状和业务形态入手,对互联网金融对商业银行人力资源管理的影响机理进行了分析。并以JS银行为例,采用问卷调查的方法对JS银行人力资源管理现状进行分析,最终制定出符合JS银行互联网金融发展的人力资源管理战略和配套措施。通过本研究,希望能够为JS银行互联网金融转型的人力资源管理提出新思路,同时也为面临同样处境的传统银行业提供可资借鉴的参考和启示。本文分为六章,第一章:绪论。概述本文研究的背景、目的和意义,介绍了研究的方法与内容。第二章:理论基础。阐述互联网金融的定义、特点及人力资源管理的定义及主要内容,并分析互联网金融对传统商业银行人力资源管理的影响机理。第三章:我国互联网金融的发展实践与业务形态。基于我国互联网金融发展,从第三方支付、P2P网贷、众筹融资、大数据金融、金融信息服务中介等五个方面说明互联网金融的业务形态。第四章:互联网金融影响JS银行人力资源管理的调查分析。通过调查问卷,搜集内部员工对互联网金融浪潮下JS银行人力资源影响的直观感受,分析互联网金融外部环境下JS银行的人力资源管理现状。第五章:JS银行应对互联网金融的人力资源管理对策。综合上述第二章到第四章的分析,提出了JS银行应对互联网金融的人力资源管理目标,根据每个目标提出了具体的一些战略实施措施,具体涉及人力资源信息化建设、人员优化配置、教育培训以及绩效管理。第六章:结论。总结研究结果,并指出本研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid rise of Internet finance has brought the pressure of transformation to the traditional banking industry. In the process of transformation, the traditional network is transformed intelligently, the self-help equipment is used extensively, the electronic banking business develops vigorously, the counter business is replaced constantly, the entity bank network is withdrawn, a large number of bank employees are diverted, transferred to the post, and retrained. The transformation of traditional commercial banks has brought a great impact on the human resources management of enterprises themselves. This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Internet finance on human resource management of commercial banks by means of literature research, combination of induction and deduction, and case study, starting with the analysis of the present situation and business form of Internet finance in China. Taking JS Bank as an example, the present situation of human resource management of JS Bank is analyzed by questionnaire, and finally the human resource management strategy and supporting measures in line with the development of Internet finance of JS Bank are worked out. Through this study, we hope to provide a new idea for the human resource management in the transformation of JS bank's Internet finance, and at the same time, provide reference and inspiration for the traditional banking industry facing the same situation. This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter: introduction. This paper summarizes the background, purpose and significance of this study, and introduces the research methods and contents. Chapter two: theoretical basis. This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of Internet finance and the definition and main contents of human resource management, and analyzes the influence mechanism of Internet finance on human resource management of traditional commercial banks. Chapter three: the development practice and business form of internet finance in China. Based on the development of Internet finance in China, this paper explains the business form of Internet finance from five aspects: third party payment of P2P network loan, crowdfunding, big data finance and financial information service intermediary. Chapter four: the investigation and analysis of the influence of Internet finance on the human resource management of JS bank. Through the questionnaire, we collect the intuitionistic feeling of the human resource influence of the JS bank under the internet finance tide, and analyze the current situation of the human resource management of the JS bank under the external environment of the Internet finance. Chapter 5: JS bank should deal with the human resource management countermeasure of Internet finance. Synthesizing the analysis of the second to the fourth chapters, the paper puts forward the human resource management target of JS bank to Internet finance, and puts forward some specific strategic implementation measures according to each target, which involves the construction of human resources informatization. Optimize staffing, education and training, and performance management. Chapter six: conclusion. Summarize the research results and point out the shortcomings of this study.
