HD银行的服务创新研究
[Abstract]:The city commercial bank is built on the basis of the city credit cooperative, its overall scale increases rapidly year by year, now it has become an important part of the financial industry of our country. In recent years, due to the combined effect of macro-factors such as the downward pressure of our country's economy and the comprehensive liberalization of the upper limit of deposit interest rate, the competition of the banking industry is becoming more and more intense, which puts forward a new difficult problem for the sustainable development of the city commercial banks in our country. City commercial banks are in a more disadvantageous position in the same trade competition due to their geographical limitation and small asset scale. Therefore, it is more important to study how to improve the competitiveness of city commercial banks. HD bank is a city commercial bank established in the reform tide of urban credit cooperatives, which has similar historical background and typical characteristics to the general city commercial banks. Therefore, the case study of HD banking service innovation can help the city commercial banks to enhance their competitiveness. This paper takes the HD bank service innovation case as the research object, first introduces the basic situation and the management situation of the HD bank. Take 2013 as the node, reflect the main indicators of HD bank's operating condition, such as scale growth, bad rate and poor profitability. In order to break through the predicament of growth, HD Bank finally thinks that it is feasible to start with the innovation of service mode and mode. Therefore, taking 2013 as the starting point and A sub-bank as the innovation pilot bank, two major service innovation activities were mainly carried out, and a new "micro-loan center" was set up to carry out small and micro loan business. From the operational indicators, we can find that the daily average business volume of branch A has increased significantly, regardless of the amount of deposits. This shows that the two service innovation strategies of HD Bank are effective, and it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the effectiveness. This paper studies the internal mechanism of HD bank service innovation from four aspects: concept innovation, service interface, organization innovation and technology. Then, the paper expounds the shortcomings and challenges of the traditional banking management mode, which is represented by the innovation of HD banking services, under the condition of information technology, and combines theory with practice, respectively in the system construction. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the innovation ability of HD bank service in the aspects of talent strategy and information technology.
