投贷联动:优化科技金融供给的新实践

【摘要】：科技创新创业企业面临着严重的融资困境,投贷联动业务为解决这一问题提供了新的思路。我国投贷联动业务主要借鉴了美国硅谷银行的成功经验,在具体运作上也有自身的特点。自2016年4月正式开展试点以来,我国投贷联动业务的发展步入了快车道,但在风险管理、业务流程、人才队伍建设等方面还面临着诸多挑战。下一步,应充分发挥政府的支持作用,加强风险管控,完善配套机制,加强人才储备,以更好地完善投贷联动业务,改善对科创企业的金融供给。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation enterprises are facing serious financing difficulties, and the joint investment and loan business provides a new way of thinking to solve this problem. China's investment and loan linkage business mainly draws lessons from the successful experience of American Silicon Valley banks and has its own characteristics in the specific operation. Since the launch of the pilot project in April 2016, the development of China's investment and loan linkage business has stepped into the fast lane, but there are still many challenges in risk management, business process, talent team construction and so on. In the next step, the government should give full play to the supporting role of the government, strengthen the risk control, perfect the supporting mechanism, strengthen the talent reserve, so as to better improve the joint operation of investment and loan, and improve the financial supply to the Kochong enterprise.
