制度金融学理论与中国金融法治发展:理论述评

【摘要】：制度金融学理论是把金融制度作为研究对象的理论。其所关注的是"真实的金融世界",强调分析金融制度应坚持实践的、联系的、发展的观点,摒弃先验的、孤立的、静止的制度价值观,将制度与特定的制度环境相联系。金融交易费用、金融产权制度、金融制度变迁共同构成了制度金融学的理论支柱。在理论内核上,制度金融学理论与马克思主义哲学、马克思主义经济学存在耦合;在理论应用上,制度金融学理论迎合了我国金融法治发展的现实需要。因此,制度金融学理论在我国将有较好的发展土壤。
[Abstract]:The theory of institutional finance is the theory of taking financial institution as the object of study. It pays attention to the "real financial world", emphasizes that the analysis of financial system should adhere to the viewpoint of practice, connection and development, abandon the transcendental, isolated and static system values, and link the institution with the specific institutional environment. Financial transaction costs, financial property rights system and financial institutional changes constitute the theoretical pillar of institutional finance. In the core of theory, the theory of institutional finance is coupled with Marxist philosophy and Marxist economics, and the theory of institutional finance caters to the practical needs of the development of financial rule of law in China. Therefore, the theory of institutional finance in China will have a better development soil.
