【摘要】：作为管理学的一门重要分支学科,项目管理在我国市场经济改革的过程中,越来越具备重要的实践意义。从基本定义上看,项目管理是指在项目运营中运用专业的管理思路、管理手段、管理方法、管理技能、管理工具等,在有限的资源范畴内,所运营的项目能够达成甚至超过预设目标的管理过程。从实践上看,项目管理在社会生活的各个领域都有普遍的应用。本文旨在通过对PA银行武汉分行社区银行项目的管理运营进行分析和研究,将项目管理理论上的知识演化为实际的操作,探讨采取什么样的变通方式,采取什么样的方法乃至创造性的思维来解决困难,为达成甚至超出项目管理的预设目标而提出意见和可行性方案。从而进一步提升学习者对项目管理理论知识的理解和实际运用能力。PA银行是一个国内股份制银行的名称简写,本文中将以PA银行来代表这家知名银行企业。PA银行的社区项目,近几年来在社会上也具备了一定的影响力和知名度,而且从项目产生到现在的发展,也经历了前期的调查分析,操作中的总结修正等等的过程,基本上该项目的运作已经初见成效,整体进入相对成熟的发展阶段,可以作为一个典型的案例,从中研究项目管理知识的运用方法。本文从PA银行武汉市分行社区银行项目的诞生背景,再到该项目管理过程中的进度管理、质量管理、财务管理、人力管理等各个要素板块,都进行了很细致深入的研究和探讨。作为结论,本文也从项目管理的专业角度,为PA银行的社区银行项目提出了一些可行性的意见,供该项目的实际操作者以及项目管理领域内的学习者们参考。
[Abstract]:As an important branch of management, project management has more and more important practical significance in the process of market economy reform in China. From the basic definition, project management refers to the use of professional management ideas, management means, management methods, management skills, management tools, etc., within the scope of limited resources. What kind of method and even creative thinking should be taken to solve the difficulties, and put forward opinions and feasible plans to achieve or even exceed the predefined goal of project management. In order to further enhance the learners' understanding and practical application of project management theory knowledge. To study the application of project management knowledge. From the background of the community bank project in Wuhan Branch of PA Bank, to the progress management, quality management, financial management, manpower management and other elements of the project management, this paper has carried out a very detailed and in-depth study and discussion. As a conclusion, this paper also puts forward some feasible suggestions for the community bank project of PA Bank from the professional point of view of project management, for the reference of the practical operators of the project as well as the learners in the field of project management.
