基于区块链技术的法定货币控制权研究

【摘要】：在传统的信用货币体制下,国家对法定货币具有绝对控制权;在很多国家,这种绝对控制权对本国货币币值稳定构成了威胁;而区块链技术为法定货币的控制权在国家与民众之间的重新分配提供了技术可行性。本文在分析现行区块链货币控制权的基础上,对比研究了去中心化的、中心化的、部分中心化的区块链式法定货币体系下,国家对法定货币控制权的可能变化,以及法定货币控制权变化对币值稳定、铸币收益、货币政策与金融监管的影响。
[Abstract]:In the traditional credit currency system, the state has absolute control over the legal currency, and in many countries, this absolute control right poses a threat to the stability of its currency. The blockchain technology provides the technical feasibility for the redistribution of the control rights of the legal tender between the state and the people. Based on the analysis of the current block chain monetary control rights, this paper contrasts and studies the possible changes of state control over legal currency under the decentralized and partially centralized block chain legal tender system. And the influence of the change of legal currency control on currency stability, seigniorage, monetary policy and financial supervision.
