金融脱媒背景下农业银行应对策略研究

【摘要】:本文基于农业银行整体对其如何应对金融脱媒进行了深入研究。金融脱媒是社会经济与金融市场发展到一定程度的必然产物,目前在全球范围内呈持续深化趋势。我国金融脱媒现象虽然出现较晚,但在政府政策的主导下,随着资本市场以及信息技术的发展,商业银行的中介功能逐渐弱化,金融活动出现加速了去银行化的脱媒现象。在金融脱媒背景下,我国金融体系向多元化发展,金融创新层出不穷,金融形势日新月异,银行业内外部竞争日趋激烈,农业银行面临更为复杂多变的市场环境,传统存贷业务受到冲击,盈利空间受到挤压,经营风险加剧。但同时金融脱媒也带来了诸多机遇,促进农业银行转型升级。因此对农业银行如何应对金融脱媒的研究分析迫在眉睫。虽然近几年来农业银行为应对金融脱媒,从过去过度依赖信贷业务,盈利模式单一逐渐向多元化发展,积极探索新的业务空间与利润增长点,但仍存在诸多不足之处。随着竞争的加剧,农业银子在县域市场的竞争优势持续受压;零售银行产品同质化程度严重,缺乏品牌特色;中间业务虽有所发展,但总体水平仍然较低;投行业务缺乏专业性人才,发展缓慢;互联网金融业务缺乏产品创新,未抓住市场机遇;资产质量下行压力大,风险管理水平亟待提高。本文运用文献研究法,结合定性分析和定量分析,通过对农业银行金融脱媒应对中存在问题的深入分析,进而针对性的提出了建议,从下沉经营重心,夯实县域市场竞争优势;塑造品牌特色,大力发展零售银行业务;树立创新思维,加快中间业务多元化发展;培养高端人才,积极发展投行业务;抓住市场机遇,打造互联网金融服务体系以及完善风险管理体系,提升风险管理能力等方面提出了具体措施。本文的创新之处在于选取了国有商业银行-农业银行作为研究主体,不同于以往学者以中国银行业整体为主体对金融脱媒进行研究。国有商业银行因为承担了更多的社会责任及自身体制问题,更难以进行业务转型和改革。但在金融脱媒的大背景下,国有商业银行转型升级迫在眉睫。因此重点研究农业银行在经济新常态下如何应对金融脱媒具有很强的现实性,通过理论与实践相结合,有利于农业银行提高应对金融脱媒的能力,并对其他商业银行形成借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the agricultural bank, this paper makes a deep research on how to deal with financial disintermediation. Financial disintermediation is the inevitable outcome of the development of social economy and financial market to a certain extent. Although the phenomenon of financial disintermediation appears late in our country, under the guidance of government policy, with the development of capital market and information technology, the intermediary function of commercial banks is gradually weakened, and the phenomenon of disintermediation accelerates the development of financial activities. Under the background of financial disintermediation, the financial system of our country develops towards diversification, the financial innovation emerges in endlessly, the financial situation changes with each passing day, the internal and external competition of the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the Agricultural Bank is faced with a more complex and changeable market environment. The traditional deposit and loan business is impacted, the profit space is squeezed, the management risk intensifies. But at the same time, financial disintermediation also brought many opportunities to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Agricultural Bank. Therefore, it is urgent to study and analyze how the Agricultural Bank should deal with financial disintermediation. In recent years, in order to deal with financial disintermediation, Agricultural Bank of China has been relying on credit from the past, and its profit model has been diversified gradually, and it has actively explored new business space and profit growth point, but there are still many shortcomings. With the aggravation of competition, the competitive advantage of agricultural silver in the county market is under constant pressure; the degree of homogenization of retail bank products is serious, lacking of brand characteristics; although the intermediate business has developed, the overall level is still relatively low. Investment banking lacks professional talents and develops slowly; Internet finance lacks product innovation and fails to seize market opportunities; asset quality is under great downward pressure and the level of risk management needs to be improved. This article uses the literature research method, unifies the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, through the thorough analysis to the agricultural bank financial disintermediation in the existing question, then has put forward the suggestion pertinently, from sinking the management center of gravity, rammed the county area market competition superiority; Mold brand characteristics, vigorously develop retail banking business, set up innovative thinking, speed up the diversification of intermediate business development, train high-end talents, actively develop investment banking business; Some concrete measures are put forward in this paper, such as seizing the market opportunity, creating the internet financial service system, perfecting the risk management system and improving the risk management ability. The innovation of this paper is that the state-owned commercial bank-Agricultural Bank is chosen as the research subject, which is different from the previous scholars to study the financial disintermediation with the Chinese banking industry as the main body. It is more difficult for state-owned commercial banks to carry out business transformation and reform because of taking on more social responsibility and their own system problems. However, in the context of financial disintermediation, the transformation and upgrading of state-owned commercial banks is imminent. Therefore, it is very realistic to study how the Agricultural Bank of China should deal with financial disintermediation under the new normal state of economy. Combining theory with practice is helpful for Agricultural Bank to improve its ability to deal with financial disintermediation. And for other commercial banks to form a reference.
