【摘要】：正近年来,随着我国金融市场的深化发展,金融创新活动不断涌现,金融产品与服务日益呈现出多样化、复杂化、混业化的特点,金融机构与金融消费者之间的信息不对称加剧。金融机构作为金融产品与服务的供给方,在市场中的优势地位愈发明显。同时由于经济发展及个人财富的不断积累,参与金融交易活动的群体快速增加,但大多数金融消费者并未掌握与其自
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening development of China's financial market, financial innovation activities continue to emerge, and financial products and services are becoming increasingly diversified, complex and mixed. The information asymmetry between financial institutions and financial consumers is increasing. As a supplier of financial products and services, financial institutions play an increasingly prominent role in the market. At the same time, as a result of economic development and the accumulation of personal wealth, the number of people involved in financial transactions has increased rapidly, but most financial consumers have not mastered with them.
