近期美国利用外资高速增长的原因及应对建议

【摘要】：美国拥有全球最多的大型跨国公司和创新型企业,营商环境优良,金融市场高度发达,一直是全球大型跨国公司和股权基金主要的并购投资目的地。2015年以来,受重振制造业战略初显成效、美元进入新一轮升值周期等因素影响,流入美国的外商直接投资(FDI)呈现高速增长态势,占全球外商直接投资比重高达25%左右,其中大部分是并购投资。我国和美国发展阶段存在较大差异,不必与美国争夺全球第一大外商直接投资流入国地位,但应充分正视自身在营商环境、税收成本、能源成本等方面的比较劣势,切实改善投资软硬环境,不断提升利用外资综合质量。
[Abstract]:The United States, with the largest number of large multinational corporations and innovative enterprises in the world, has a good business environment and highly developed financial markets. It has always been a major M & A investment destination for large multinational corporations and equity funds around the world. Since 2015, Affected by the initial effectiveness of the strategy of revitalizing the manufacturing industry and the entry of the US dollar into a new cycle of appreciation, the (FDI) of foreign direct investment flowing into the United States showed a trend of rapid growth, accounting for about 25 percent of the global proportion of foreign direct investment. Most of them are mergers and acquisitions. There are great differences between China and the United States in the stage of development, and there is no need to compete with the United States for the position of the largest inflow of foreign direct investment in the world, but we should fully face up to their comparative disadvantages in terms of business environment, tax costs, energy costs, and so on. We will effectively improve the soft and hard environment for investment and constantly improve the comprehensive quality of the utilization of foreign capital.
