区域建设用海规划指导下填海造地空间规划设计方法研究——以招远市填海造地空间规划为例

【摘要】：针对区域建设用海规划在规划体系中的特殊层级,分析了其用地范围的强刚性、经济效益的弱弹性、空间区位的末端性、环境论证的未定性四大特点。并指出在区域建设用海规划指导下,填海造地空间规划面临的平面空间组合问题和平面形态修正问题,针对这些问题提出了基于类型学的平面空间评分模拟法、基于多方案情景比选的功能布局修正法和基于水工实验模拟的平面形态修正法,从而实现了填海造地空间规划的前置设计和对区域建设用海规划的深化,完善了该类规划的设计步骤,最后以招远市填海造地空间规划进行了实证研究。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the special level of regional construction sea planning in the planning system, this paper analyzes the strong rigidity of land use scope, the weak elasticity of economic benefit and the terminality of spatial location. Under the guidance of the regional construction sea planning, the paper points out the plane space combination problem and the plane shape correction problem that the land reclamation space planning faces. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the plane space scoring simulation method based on typology, the functional layout correction method based on multi-scenario comparison and the plane shape correction method based on hydraulic experiment simulation. Thus, the forward design of reclamation spatial planning and the deepening of regional construction planning are realized, and the design steps of this kind of planning are improved. Finally, the empirical research on the spatial planning of reclamation in Zhaoyuan city is carried out.
