经济发达地区新型城镇客运汽车站设计研究

【摘要】:我国经济腾飞三十多年来,交通建设日新月异。公路交通作为投入低收效快的一种模式发展迅速,但客运站建设相比公路建设一直滞后。由于城市化水平的快速增长、城镇人口数量以及结构的变化、人们对出行效率的要求和出行方式的变化,以及经济的发展对交通的新要求等因素的影响,经济发达地区的城镇客运站比非经济发达地区的客运汽车站遇到的矛盾更突出,传统汽车站设计已经无法适应新的情况和要求,城镇客运汽车站的设计也从简单的类型公共交通建筑设计中不断转型,新型城镇客运汽车站设计应运而生。本文首先阐述了我国客运汽车站的历史演变和分类、论题的相关概念辨析。然后指出经济发达地区城镇面对的新情况并简单总结了国内外相关研究动态。接着提出了我国城镇客运汽车站存在问题:区位布局设计不合理导致换乘矛盾突出、功能设计简单导致土地利用率低、空间设计忽视峰谷落差。并通过作者十多年从事汽车客运站设计的经历,特别是经济发达地区的城镇客运站设计经历,重新梳理经济发达地区城镇新型汽车站的思路构建,摆脱传统思路,提出了新型城镇客运汽车站概念以及建筑设计中的一系列策略。最后通过对实例客运汽车站的设计分析,进一步论证新型客运汽车站的设计策略:交通模块一体化、客商功能一体化、空间利用弹性化,为使我国经济发达地区城镇客运汽车站设计更为科学、合理有效,为新型城镇化建设添砖加瓦。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, the traffic construction in our country has been changing with each passing day. The highway traffic has developed rapidly as a model with low investment and quick effect. But the passenger station construction has been lagging compared with the highway construction. Due to the rapid growth of urbanization level, the number of urban population and the changes of structure, people's requirements for travel efficiency and the change of travel mode. As well as the economic development of the new requirements for traffic and other factors, urban passenger stations in economically developed areas than non-economically developed areas of passenger bus station encountered more prominent contradictions. The traditional bus station design has been unable to adapt to the new situation and requirements, and the design of urban passenger bus station has been transformed from the simple type of public transport architecture design. The design of a new type of passenger bus station has come into being. Firstly, this paper expounds the historical evolution and classification of the passenger bus station in China. Then it points out the new situation faced by the towns in the developed areas and summarizes the related research trends at home and abroad. Then it points out the existing problems of the urban passenger bus stations in China. The unreasonable design of location layout leads to the prominent contradiction of transfer and ride. The simple design of function leads to the low land utilization rate and the neglect of the peak and valley drop in spatial design. The author has been engaged in the design of automobile passenger station for more than ten years, especially in the cities and towns in the economically developed areas. In order to get rid of the traditional train of thought, the train of thought of the new-type bus station in the cities and towns in the developed area should be rearranged. This paper puts forward the concept of a new type of urban passenger bus station and a series of strategies in the architectural design. Finally, it analyzes the design of the passenger bus station through an example. Further demonstrate the design strategy of the new type passenger bus station: the integration of traffic module, the integration of the function of the customer and the elasticity of space utilization, in order to make the design of urban passenger bus station more scientific in the economically developed areas of our country. Reasonable and effective, for the new type of urbanization construction.
