旅游小镇的形态保护与更新策略初探

【摘要】：国家提出走中国特色新型城镇化道路、建设社会主义新农村以来,产业和城镇融合发展成为了城镇化建设的一大主题。而旅游业在中国的经济发展策略中被赋予了非常重要的意义和角色,促进旅游产业和城镇融合发展成为推进城镇化进程、带动农村经济和社会发展的一项重要举措。众多大中小城市和小城镇纷纷利用自身资源,以旅游产业为主导产业进行城镇化建设。因此,旅游小镇近几年内在各地迅猛发展起来。然而,随着城镇的发展,旅游小镇与现代生活的矛盾加剧,旅游功能与本地居住功能的矛盾突出,再加上保护意识薄弱,导致旅游小镇内出现大量影响风貌的新建筑,破坏了原有的纯朴、宜人的小镇空间,也破坏了旅游小镇的生态环境,导致旅游小镇的衰败。旅游小镇的保护与更新十分重要。本论文研究在此背景下提出,希望通过对国内外旅游小镇的保护与更新实践调研,结合国内外遗产保护及景观保护理论,进行旅游小镇的形态保护与更新的策略研究。整理已有旅游小镇保护与更新的经验与教训,总结出空间形态上处理旅游功能和本地功能关系的策略,包括物质空间形态上整体、局部和细部的调整,以及背景形态上的策略。基于我国的旅游产业发展的背景,提出我国旅游小镇形态保护与更新中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。最后以双廊的规划设计为例,进行案例的总结与反思,进行保护与更新策略的运用探讨。
[Abstract]:The state has proposed to take the new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and to build a new socialist countryside. The integration of industry and urban development has become a major theme of urbanization, and tourism has been given a very important significance and role in China's economic development strategy. Promoting the integration of tourism industry and urban development has become an important measure to promote the urbanization process and promote the rural economic and social development. Many large, medium and small cities and towns use their own resources one after another. The tourism industry is the leading industry in the urbanization construction. Therefore, the tourism town has developed rapidly in recent years. However, with the development of the town, the contradiction between the tourism town and modern life has intensified. The contradiction between the tourism function and the local residential function is prominent, coupled with the weak consciousness of protection, leading to a large number of new buildings affecting the style and features of the tourist town, destroying the original simple and pleasant small town space. It also destroys the ecological environment of the tourist town and leads to the decline of the tourist town. The protection and renewal of the tourist town is very important. Hope through the domestic and foreign tourism town protection and update practice research, combined with domestic and foreign heritage protection and landscape protection theory. Carry on the strategy research of the form protection and renewal of the tourist small town. Sort out the experience and lesson of the existing tourism town protection and renewal, summarize the strategy of dealing with the relationship between the tourism function and the local function on the spatial form. Including the material space form of the whole, part and detail adjustment, as well as the strategy of background form. Based on the background of the tourism industry development in China, the paper puts forward the existing problems in the form protection and renewal of the tourism town in our country. Finally, taking the planning and design of double corridors as an example, the author summarizes and reflects on the cases, and discusses the application of protection and renewal strategies.
