扣件式钢管高大支模体系在工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市化进程的加快及人们对建筑物功能、空间布局要求的不断提高,出现了大批楼层高、跨度大的工业与民用建筑。为此,扣件式高大支模体系在现浇混凝土结构施工中的应用越来越广泛,成为我国建筑施工企业普遍采用的模板支撑形式。然而脚手架坍塌事故却时有发生,究其原因,主要包括设计方案缺陷、原材料缺陷、构造因素缺陷、施工及管理缺陷四方面因素。本文对常规支模架体系的计算模型和方法及高支模架的构造进行论述,并以《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》(JGJ130-2011)为基础进行了高支模架的结构计算,分析高支模架体系中各构件组成对模板支撑架体稳定性的影响,提出完善高支模架体设计计算的方法,为工程施工中的高支模架设计提供理论依据。最后通过工程实例对高支模架体设计计算方法进行验证,结果表明:在高大支模体系方案设计时,采用半刚性理论计算模型更符合实际情况。在材料相同、其他搭设参数相同的情况下,高大支模体系的稳定承载力随架体立杆间距、步距的增大而减小。水平荷载对高大支模体系稳定性影响很大,而设置竖向剪刀撑可使支撑架体的承载能力显著提高。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the continuous improvement of the functions of buildings and spatial layout, a large number of industrial and civil buildings with high floors and large span have appeared. For this reason, a large number of industrial and civil buildings have emerged. The application of fastener type tall formwork system in the construction of cast-in-place concrete structure is more and more extensive, and it has become a common form of formwork support used by construction enterprises in our country. However, scaffold collapse accidents occur from time to time. The main reasons include design scheme defects, raw material defects, structural factors defects. In this paper, the calculation model and method of the conventional support die frame system and the construction of the high support die frame are discussed. Based on the Technical Code for Safety of Steel Tube scaffolding for Building Construction fastener (JGJ130-2011), the structural calculation of high support die frame is carried out. This paper analyzes the influence of the components on the stability of the formwork support frame in the high support die frame system, and puts forward a method to improve the design and calculation of the high support die frame. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of high support mould frame in engineering construction. Finally, the design calculation method of high support die frame is verified by an engineering example. The results show that: in the design of high support mould system scheme. The semi-rigid theoretical calculation model is more suitable for the actual situation. Under the same material and the same setting parameters, the stable bearing capacity of the high die system is the same as the standing bar spacing of the frame. The horizontal load has a great influence on the stability of the large formwork system, and the vertical shear brace can increase the bearing capacity of the bracing frame.
